You need server (any comp with external IP) where you put you database with serwer software and client software running in all offices. Clients connect to server and this is all, easy in theory But where you can get somthing like this. It's depend what you exacly expect to do with this. For standart warhouse i think you can find in net but not for free. If you need somthing special like warhaouse + customer site ... you need to find guy who write this to you. and you can't first generata variables next build page ? You way can be use only when you need to get data from user, but in this way you load page with data request next reload page with data sending by user ?Realy can't see why you need goto function. Meybe if you say somthing more.

There is many free editors, but most of them are bored/hard/uneasy to use i personally use Dreamweaver MX but they are not free If you wanna use them in firm/commerce you need to buy it. If you spend pile of bucks for new comp. Then you can spend little more for water coling system i guarant you never hear even bubbles (of cours if procesor not get water then you hear scretch ). Joke. But i'm serius, i use water cooling system and no hear any sounds, any fans.

Meybe you try to change file by www link. I mean there two ways to post files on ftp to use by http/home/user/public_html (real www directory)and/home/user/www (virtual link to public_html dir)and if you use www they can be cashed on server and contain undate info about destination. So use real dir as destination. No other idea
