  1. Going through some of the topics here in Xisto about Anti-viruses etc..,I've come to conclusion that most of the anti-everything available is free,And with a little research on the net, you'll be able to secure your computer for nothing at all I guess. On the contrary, the PAID Anti-everything software programs are actually a headache. They utilize most resources reserved for other important stuffs.I agree they (PAID ones) are all-in-one package against Malwares but they sometimes are also all-in-one nuisance also...
  2. According to me,A skilled programmer(who are called hackers/crackers), who plays, explores (may exploit), manipulates with the basic understanding of/between software and hardware at his disposal for his personal, commercial(obviously illegal) use and mainly for joy of doing it is termed the way it is.An Ethical hacker finds bugs and security holes for purpose of patching it before a cracker does the same for them.Either way the victim suffers the (temporary) embarrassment and losses for having neglected the importance of secure computing. I mean the victim pays for both kind of hackers but more for his ignorance.:PThe technology now at present would be primitive if not for these skilled people who find ways to show us theres more than meets the eye..
  3. Nice to see all the real guns revealing themselves. You know, if not for the animal instinct of mating and everything, this world would've been "BLACK AND WHITE".The point here is to have the will power to know when to Quench the cravings and when to concentrate on things at hand.I personally feel that Games and Sports keep us engaged from losing ourselves too much with the TIME EATING porno-mania.I have an Idea of controlling the hard way if you wanna stop watching porn, (this is only for persuading the thought of wanting to push off)PUT YOURSELF IN A DOCTOR'S OR A SURGEON'S PLACE AND THINK WHAT HE WOULD DO YOU ARE NAKED AND COVERED WITH BLOOD.(No offense to anybody anywhere) Why do you wanna watch what you don't want others to see?
  4. I've used Chrome on windows and it seems to be working quite efficiently with its unique "Sand boxing" technique.Up until now, I've used IE, firefox, opera (also opera mini on nokia cell phones) and chrome..,I've gotta say every updates, bug fixes etc.., changes how they work numerous times creating more bugs slowing and affecting the performance of browser experiences. Also on viewing one of the videos on Chrome features from google, they said that JS is platform independent/supports cross browsers at present.I used to like Firefox a lot (1.x and 2.0.0.0) as it was light (optimum caching), quick etc.. but now it (3.x) is so bulky, my gosh, i wonder with next update it might lose its fan following. Chrome had crashed once on my windows while working on it. (I like the alert box that it shows when it crashes "WOW, Chrome has crashed" thing, pretty neat for google's chrome huh?)
  5. How is the V8 engine of Google Chrome different from the new JS engine of firefox? I've heard that ff js engine is much faster at executing js than that of V8? is that true?
