There are disable persons who are loveable and kindhearted. I don't understand why the majority of the society tends to look down on them but whenever I see them and if any is in difficulties and asked for help I am always ready to give same. I know that there are disable persons who are proud and does not like to seek help but one will know when help his need. I think the respective Governments need to do the best that they can to help these citizens because that is what they are citizens.
