INJECTIONSSS.......WOOOOOOO Till date i took injections on back, but I hate that . If in future, i hope no such situation should occur so that i have to go for INJECTION, but i will like to take on arm only, i think we fill muscle power as after injection and also pain is less, and you can walk easily because i have experience that you can not walk at least for five minutes after taking injection on back, hehehe ^_^I hope for everyone no such any bad incidence occurs in future, so that you have to go for INJECTIONS.

Hello everyone,Phobia..I think its definition can be given as unnecessary fear in our mind about that perticular term.I fear to DARKNESS. I cant wait more than 60 seconds in dark room, it causes my thinking power to zero. I get completely mentally blind what to do, and it is not a joke .It is more dangerous to me when I sit alone in room at night and suddenly light goes off I experienced it....ooooh.But now i decided to takeover this phobia.let see how much I get successful in this.

hello medzii,Nice to see such a topic on forum.As I joined gym since from five months. I would like to share the tips with you which are given by my personal trainer to me.100% successful workout is depend on two basic things:-1- Healthy diet- If you workout for two hours and you don't take adequate diet, then it will affect your workout. Take diet which contain healthy amount of proteins and carbohydrates, you can also go for protein supplementary advised by gym trainer, because proteins are necessary to recover your muscles strength and stamina. Also have some energetic food before going to workout, it is mandatory. 2- Rest- This is very very essential factor to have appropriate workout on next day. If you do workout and if your muscles don't get relaxed then it result in pain on next workout, also performance goes down.My experience for first month in gym,When I join the gym my weight was 50kg, after one month it goes to 55kg, i got this good result only because i follow that two basic principles regularly.After two months I got job, schedule gets disturbed, and my weight goes to 54kg in just few days.So my polite suggestion to you is don't only give 100% focus on workout, because our body gain depends on following percentages:-Diet :-50%Workout :- 25%Rest :-25%This configuration is not mine but my trainer suggest me.hope, if you follow this, i guarantee that you will not face any problem during workout.

Yes, video games are complete waste of time. We play the games usually when we bored from work or when we come to home after completing any work.I agree that video games played for relaxation purpose also. but is it perpose really get fullfilled? The answer is NO. We come from outside after finising work that means what our body actually reqiures is REST. and playing video games give REST to us neither physically nor mentally.If you are free from morning, doing nothing just yawning, taking nap, then to play video game is better option to spend time.

Noway...Leaving computer 24/7 will damage health of both, health of pc and the one who use it. Continues load is always harmful, rest is must in any case. Atleast we must keep pc off for few hours.You will start sweating, after looking electric bill at the end of month -
oh ya, this is very unexpectable topic.Whether everyone is shouting, I want to die like this way and like that way, no one can predict by what way we are going to die, there may be possibility that anyone can die at the time of replying this post ^_^Keeping jokes apart, honestly speaking I would like to die at the time of prayers. I would like to die during I pray to the Lord, and always heart-attack is the best option.

Hi innosia, You ask do we really belive on GOD? For this question my answer is always YES. As I am very spiritual and having deep faith on GOD. I 100% agree with the reason that you give for its proof. Honestly speaking, we perform good deeds, we look after, we die to do anything , but only to ourself and our family members. If we talk about GOD, GOD is that power which is in heart of each living thing on earth, so its our responsibility that we must not hurt other people. WE can see this world, we talk, we walk, we smile, we understand, we think, all is because of that invisible power. when every happiness of world fall at our feet , at that time we feel so happy, but on those moment we forgot GOD gives this all, Finally GOD is only who writes our destiny. When any tragedy comes up, its only to increase our faith and belief towards him. I am fully agree with what you write as your bottom line, which is nothing but fact of life. The last but not the least, we earn, we work just to protect our body, for survive, but this is not our duty of life , this is not the goal of our birth. our final mission of life is to realize that "Power", we can not see GOD with these two eyes, we have to realise him in ourselves only.

Hello, Comparing to today's technology, I can say my pc need to upgrade now. My pc having 512MB RAM 40GB hard disk 2.8GHZ processor speed no graphic card no dvd reader/recorder Having pentium-4 processor This is my first pc with great configuration i have still , now its time to upgrade.. what you think?
