generaly you can find nice tutorials in W3C schools site. they are quite explanatory. Also i guess you can use ur existing host itself. If your host supports subdomain create subdomain called WAP or something sensible.inside this subdomain your default page should be index.wml . So when you tried to view ur page in mobile you would have to point to wap.<something>.com A wap site is a seperate one you create. You cant expect the same page to come up when u try to browse using ur mobile. a lite version of ur website if you create will be much usefull. WML is easy to understand if you have a small knowledge of HTML.The images shall be wbmp so that they are faster to load. I created a wap site some time back with the same way and it worked! hope this helps any way all the best

i too would suggest the book, I read it compleltely, its all about the holy grail. If you are a hard core catholist you may not like the book. But i would suggest you should read it even if you are. Dan Brown has wonderfully written the book. the puzzles really gud. For sur ppl will wonder whether this is real story or not. I googled to check out this. There is a controversial theory that says what Da Vinci code says is correct. But thats only a proposed theory which doesnt much base....any way nice book...must read

yes but the problem with java games is that they are bit slow coz of their interpreted nature. i thnik more native mobile games should be installable.

i dont know how much it will cost for the download, Some time back i have seen yetisports have mobile version of all their hot PC flash games, i have also seen indiasports having some flash versions of games. you can check in the Macromedia site, i hheard they have a community driven sites that offer free flash contents for your mobile phones. Games in mobile phones is mostly java games, how abt those Flash games u play in ur computer? I dont know how many of you know abt this. But for those who dont know this here is a small tip. its possible for smartphone to have a flash player installed, thus enabling ur mobile to play Flash content. This will help even tose small Flash designers to design small games...yes you soon see a competition between flash games and java games, all those flash designers gear up ur creativity, ur contribautions toward mobile phones is waiting

My first post...thought of posting some thing abt a hot technology that is about to take up the mobile market very soon. I am talking about some thing called SIP (session initiation protocol) Dont get freightened by these techie names! This technology is going to drive the future of mobile. You must have seen P2P softwares Napster, e-donkey or monkey or what ever it is... just a like a P2P network, think of a network of mobile phones. think of some thing where you can access some shared portions of your mobile phones, ring tones, wall papers etc..etc..yep all this is going to become true. Not jst that think of a seperate messenger, just like a LAN messenger, a small messenger. All this smells good right! for me to it is. I dont want to explain things in a geek way with some high technical terms. I was attending NOKIA's Tech day in my region and i got the news abt this. They call it IMS. By haveing a mobile phone which has SIP stack inside all of what has been explained is possible.. well so i am not saying that we need to change our mobile for this, it is technically possible to install a SIP stack in the existing phones, but atleast you need a 6600 of nokia(or an equivalent) Europe/UK customers can soon expect this being supported by your provider. Dont think that i worte this to get a free host..for the time being i dont want any and i dont think that i will be that active that i post every day simply because i cant..but for sure you can expect much more of latest mobile news right from the industry.
