source isnt necessarly over all better at the moment, their are still a number of bugs that need to be worked out of it, but for the over all game play it is unrivaled, except by its counterpart, Half Life 2 (not to be confused with half life source).I guess the major improvements would be the overall physics engine, which they have really done will with to where you dont have such a high ping when people with bad connections play. But if you own a server and somebody has a ping of "5" or "1" kick and or ban them immediatly, they are using a ping mask which means that they generaly already have a high ping, and also it puts a ton of stress on the server.

Well i use a lap top, but i never really turn it off, i just close it and it goes into a hibernate mode... where everything shuts off, but have enough ram to notice when you touch to pad that it reactivates.So if you count that is leaving my computer on, then yeah. The only real good thing is that it runs the battery down so it fully chargers so i dont have to worry about damaging the battery...

Really... as previously said, they both have their pros and cons...Im pro DSL only cause its pros outweight its cons in both itself and cable.I just dont like the idea of "sharing bandwith" cause i have a ton of kids on my block that do many sleepless nights cybering, so DSL better suits be, pluss it also does good on wireless, as i said in another post, i pull a constant 11 mbps no matter the location in my house.But over all its just use opinion, ones who have cable will tell you to use cable, people who use dsl will tell you to use dsl. If you have the money for it, get t1, that will take care of all of your problems, will that there will be my two cents...

the F-14 Tomcat is one of the oldest air craft that is still in use by the military. Its still revolutionary designed wings can swing back for the delta design to reduce air resistance and increase speed. Thus making it good for long range attacks, but the wings can also move forward creating a larger surface area for better control at slow speeds. If i remember correctly, this was one of the first aircraft that used the "Fly By Wire" system to control the wings with the changes in speed. So really if at tops you could do 540 mph with a standard straight wing, the tomcat can do 600 do to the swept wings...

Well now, this is a tad awkward. This is my first time being on here, and so far i have spent about 6 hours here, 5 of which were mainly idleing... aside from that not much, I plan on trying to keep a steady flow of credits, slightly increasing over time to rise the benifits of the service. Mainly just trying to keep it steady for the time being...

Eh... i had that problem for awhile when i still ran a dial up modem, cept i was runnin 28.8. Didnt know about the continous ping thing, but switchted to DSL about 2 yearsgo and never had a problem with it untill around january when the wireless router decided to go out. Im currently runnin a B router to a G wireless card and i hold a constant 11 mbps... dont know if that helps you any or not, changing isp or how you get the internet may help it...

Thank you, that is the series i was trying to remember... I have spent many many sleepless week nights playing 1.6 and source. Notice i said week nights, for i cant get on during the weeked, something about how people get really pissed off if you dont play on a server near your location when your on dial up. no matter what people tell you, 1.6 and source are not same. The physics are completely different. The over all game play is the same, but the way you play it is totaly different. Such as bullets stray more correctly, and players bodies will twist and turn making them look like the player is still alive. (Trust me, i have wasted of 50 clips of bullets since buying source...)

ehh... yeah i always have a problem when it comes to something like this, i have more than one "favorite" game, but they go in intervals, curently in first would be Armored Core...Which if nobody knows what that is, think of Nead For Speed Underground turned into giant robots that fight agaisnt each other in arenas, and running company missions...Now if you want a more indepth, you start off in your generic Armored Core or AC where you have to complete a mission sigifying being accepted as a "raven" Most go into the arena and defeat a few enemies win money go into the store upgrade your ac, then go and run missions complete them, for more money than in the arena. Sometime later in the missions the storie starts to take place, and your givin a reason to fight in your ac other than to make money.Other game series i like to play are theGran Turismo SeriesNead For Speed SeriesMegaman/X seriesMidnight Club SeriesAce Combat SeriesFinal Fantasy Seriesand a few others i cant remember at the moment (sorry)but they generaly return to being my favorite when a new game is released...

Give or take, but Full Metal Alchemist is over the general subject.At that point of time, "philosiphers" we believed to fix intrsuments and heal people using alchemy, where as the instruments were poorly repaired, and peoples symptoms got better for a short period of time, but worsed later...Over all, the thereom of "Equivlent Exchange" is still played in this, but while nothing is going on, as previously said, this "philosiphers" walked away with all the gold the could mooch off of those who believed.

Well i guess to start off, My real name is James... My obvious post name is Chicken.The story behind it is before i came upon Xisto, i used to play Counter Strike alot, and when coming upon a new name i hit random keys coming up with =v'. My first thought was, "It looks like a chicken head" after a few games later, i played with "Chicken" added on, later just played as "Chicken".Moving on now, aside from being an avid Counter Strike/ Source game player, i like to play the drums. I have a 1970s Black and White striped LudWig set. The heads have been changed countless times (used to be my fathers). I have gone through thirty pairs up sticks up to today. I have been playing since i was three. I sat on my fathers leg, and he played bass with his free leg.Another thing i like to do, is jump and drag race bikes. I have an '02 mongoose with full suspension and a front disk. The rear spring is adjustable, so i soften it for jumping, then tighten it for racing. It has 24 gears, and a coustom ratchet gear changer operated by my forefinger and thumb. With me at peak energy, on a day with optimal performace, i can run it through the gears and run the 8 in 7.74 seconds.The main reason i joined Xisto is because some of my friends and i are starting a band, but we have a low budget and this has the best offer. I have general skills in html coding, and plan on writing the website once i reach credit level.Thats about all i have to post at the moment, and i plan on posting here often. I will try not to be to much of an annoyance.

Eh well...They both have their pros and cons...First, I like FireFox because it gives you over all basic protection, It blocks most worms and other things, but then again it also lacks alot and is just a basic browser...Then again I like Internet Explorer because it has most of the plugins already installed making it easier to view videos, listen to music, and use most of the general things...thats my 2 cents in the subject...
