  1. The only real advice I have is for the design. The concept of the site is great, and you seem to have some great things planned for it.I think I would make the sponsors bar a bit wider, to accommadate for longer links later on, and to make it stand out a bit more from the other boxes. I would also bring it below the "Radio" banner, just to give the banner some emphasis for the visitor. And for the boxes, I would add some text (most likely a different color), at the top that indicates what information the box contains. Just like you have in the sponsors bar.Other than that, it looks really good for a first-time design. Great job.
  2. Unless you had somehow washed off the oil BEFORE your body started reacting, then there's really nothing you can do to prevent it. As for the itching, you just have to take your mind off of it. Cold compresses work, as does calamine lotion...but ONLY for a short time. Generally for 1-2 hours. Other than that, you'll have to go see the doctor, who will prescribe a certain dosage of cortisone (usually oral application; aka pills), based on how bad the rash is. Just try and stay cool, as heat will cause the rash to itch more. For me, taking a fan and fixing the airflow on the affected area helped not only reduce the itching, but actually kind of scratched it for me, due to the air. So try that, if you're desperate. But if it's really bad, go see a local doctor. I can suggest as much as I like, but nothing beats getting checked out by a medical professional.
  3. Meditation and yoga (yes, they are seperate), have great beneficial effects on the body and mind, but in no way are they an alternative to sleep. As mentioned above, the body needs time to prepare itself for another day of working and living the life we have put ourselves into. Both meditation and yoga teaches the mind to stay focused, which in turn, allows us to take an outside perspective on everything in our life, and see a much brighter light than others. That's the basic form of meditation. It can later be taken to great lengths in becoming one with the Divine, and opening up, and clearing blocked chakras, the major energy centres of our body. But even with that, nothing comes close to the benefits of having a full rest. Full usually being 8 hours, as dictated by science.Meditation does help make us feel more awake afterwards (considering you have grounded properly), but only for a short time. All in all, meditation and yoga is best used in balance and conjunction with proper sleep. And I wouldn't recommend doing anything other than that, for your body's sake.
