I do not use picasa but I do know of a fantastic site that will take this weight off your shoulders. If you need your photos fixed quickly and accurately while not having to pay an arm and a leg go to fixPHOTO.biz. This site is awesome. They helped me when I was in a jam. Hope it helps you out.

Also zedge is a very good site, you can make you own ringtones, but also download.
