    I dont understand all this. Im getting a new PC in the next week or so. If Vista is soooo bad then why cant i find a new pc anywhere with XP on it ?     I love playing Football (Soccer) just cant get enough of it. Its such a good sport to play and you can realy show your skill. Never realy tried much other sports but im cool with just football anyways. Actually i play lots of darts too and im pretty good at that. If you count it as a sport lolol

    lol thanks for that :| And he jogged halfway where ? lolAnyways ive been trying out your program Mike and it seems to be having a rapid effect. Ive been doing this for just over 7 days on and off and its helping me already. Or maybe thats just in my head lol. But when i played football the other day i didnt feel as tired or my body didnt feel stiff and my muscle was not tight. Im going to stick with this and see what happens. Thanks for the help i may have found something that works here. I will report back soon as.

    Its soooooooo hard whatever you try. Like people said there is so many forums out there. I too have a forum well ive tried a few but i have had problems with a few and had to start again. But i think no matter what the topics or discussions are you need a good friend base to get you started. You need to know alot of online friends who will come help your forum get started by posting around and making new topics n stuff. Just my opinion. I have lots of online friends who will come and help out and thats what has made my forums get going from the start.But like i said i messed mine up lol. Good Luck.

    i dont get it either. im just travellin to a pool match at a pub. and bang. and even the police said after that if he was going the speed limit he wouldnt of hit mei didnt go threw any red lights or anythin. just luck of the draw i suppose.

    Wow after reading up on some posts i dont go a day without water. I def would struggle after one day without water or any sort of drink.
