dreamweaver is easily the best designing tool around.. frontpage is in the bronze ages.. yeah, but for the price, frontpage is ok, but comparison with dreamweaver.. nomacromedia's unbeatable support, customer care effieciency and the beautiful piece of artwork, the software itself.. the whole thing about frontpage is just exXXXagerated by microsoft, well expected, but its a tool for absolute beginners.. no way can it be a subsitute for dreamweaver

cpanel is beautiful.. but 600,000 for it.. c'mon... its just a bunch of maintenance tools put together,,, beautifual but not 600000..

i dont think you are allowed to connect to the database from an external source( is that possible anyway?).... .but why dont you install the nucleus thing on your account and link the whole thing do a url forwarder

actually i suggest not to remove IE since a lot of software actually depend on the IE operating controls, removal of IE would lead to soffware incompatibility, instability and issues, why not just live iwith it.. it does not kill!!!cheers,Tariq

nice logo, perhaps try some other font, to emphasize on the theme a bit more, and yes, gradients, when used properly look jaw dropping, which is not the case here, there is one rule to great gradients,,, less variations, never have gradients with extreme variations, use them with discetion and experience, never over use them and use innapropriate colors...Try red for the highlight and little darker for the sides,should be greatanyway, keep up the work,Tariq

learning maya,, get prepared for a long steep learning curve, coz maya aint no joke, but beleive me, as things fall into place, they'll become easier and start making sense, i have been using maya for about 2.5 years now, the problem is that some times, without proper guidance and appropriate material you'll end up using either outdated or less efficient methods and techniques to modelling, animation and rendering, etc.I would suggest using tutorials and learning... (simplymaya.com has got amazing tutorials), go through the ones at highend3d.comIf you want more advanced stuff, rather pay and buy those Maya | Learning DVD's.. they are simply amazing, and get you going in the right path, Other than that, join a well known maya forum and interact with people who use maya, eg: cgtalk.com , and trust me, within a 1 year or so, you will start feeling comfortable with it..Cheers,tariq

hmm... worth it or not... you wont know, because it takes a good 6 -8 months fiddling around with photoshop to learn and actually utilize the software, if you just wanted basic graphics editing why not try Paint shop pro, paint shop pro is a good program for editing graphics, but if you are asking me, at first, the 400$ price tag will look extremely ridiculous, but once you start using it, you will get to know the real value..but let me tell ya, there is a reason for the 400$ mammoth price. beware, file compression alogrithm is unmatchable by another other software present out there, (refer: http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1020167)... and i dont know if slicing images is present in paintshop(or is it?) anyway, download the trial version and check it out, if you like it buy it, OTHERWISE..
