Hi:Well, I just bit the bullet and bought hosting at Xisto - Web Hosting. But I need help setting this up.1. Where do I pont my name to? I will go the site that I registered my domain at, but what do I point it to?2. How do I access Cpanel on Xisto - Web Hosting?3. Can Opaque (or somebody else at Xisto - Web Hosting transfer all my files from Histology World on Trap 17 to the computer at Xisto - Web Hosting? Hi:I agree with the above poster on Google adsense. I think it is the best pay per click around. They serve up relevant ads and are legitimate. They also pay.Yahoo has recently come out with a competing program to compete with Google Adsense. So fars, the reviews I have read are favorable. However, I am happy with adsens, and won't be switching.Sunkist

Hi:Well, they are all beautiful rings. But I do have one thought, you may want to consider. Usually diamond rings are engagement rings. If you give her a ring, without some kind of indication beforehand, she may open it and believe it is an engagement ring or proposal.Ring 3 looks least like an engagement ring. But any of the others, she might think you are proposing marriage. And once she thinks it is an proposal or engagement ring, you will have a very sticky situation to get out of. Even with ring 3, she may think it is a marriage proposal or engagement ring..Unless, of course, it is an engagement ring.Sunkist

Hi:That sounds like a better system, Moldboy, than what we have here in California. It is the law that you have to be insured to drive, but lots of people do it anyway. If you are stopped for a traffic violation, there has to be proof of insurance. But its still a huge problem.So, now when I buy auto insurance, I have a rider/extra on my policy for uninsured motorists. So I am buying insurance to protect myself, if the person who hits my car has no insurance (and the accident was their fault).I think that auto insurance should be included in the price of gasoline. That way, there would be no way around it. (I know its an additional tax, but it would help solve the problem).Sunkist

Hi:Well, I so disagree on the insurance on the car issue.If you are not driving your car, you can buy a significantly reduced policy for your car.We have so many uninsured motorists, its disgraceful. And then when there is an accident, they have no insurance to pay for the damage. The other driver is left holding the bag. You can pick and chose which features you want on your insurance. So, if you don't want to cover certain aspects of the repair of your car, you can not buy insurance on it. But it isn't right that uninsured motorists can get on the road, and cause damage, and then have no way to pay for it.Sunkist

Say Sarah Bellham out loud, and it sounds like "cerebellum". Cerebellum is part of the brain anatomy. Histology is a subdivision of anatomy. So its kind of a play on words.

Hi:I don't know if honesty is always the best answers. Hear me out before you criticize this. If a cheating incident happened a while ago. If it is a thing of the past, what good does fessing up do? All it does is hurt the other person. Sure, your concious may now be clean. And the other person may forgive you. But your partner is forever left knowing. In some situations, I think kindness might be better.If somebody was unfaithful, it is THEIR burden to bear. Hi:I always thought that sharing your income, click thrus, etc. was a violation of terms of service. Glad to see they changed it.As far as "money for nothing" with adsense, building a site and getting traffic to your site is a lot of work. If you already have a site (as I did) then adding adsense can be a nice additional something. But if you are going to build a site just to get adsense, it is a lot of work.Sunkist

Hi:I think internet chat rooms are just one more way for people to interact. I believe that both friendships and romance can form online. Granted, I am married, so my experience is limited to the friendship department. But, I have met and made friends on line.Sure, it can bes fake and there are goofy names. And people will pretend to be things they are not. Most guys will be rich and successful. Most woman will be beautiful and thin. Whether they (both the men and women) are or or not. Both sexes are capable of internet deception.But, on the other hand, I still believe if two people can get past that, or are honest with each other, it is simply another means of communication. Men and women have been hooking up all kinds of ways through out history. Chat room is just one other way. Remember penpals? And love letters? In the modern era, we have chat rooms, email, yahoo IRC.But I believe it would only be the first step. I don't thank you can actually love somebody until you have met them. Hi Buffallo:Thanks again for your suggestions. Well, we are making some progress. When I check the box, I can view pictures on all of my pages. So that seemed to solve that problem.However, I went to the site that is hotlinking to my pics, and she also entered the URL, so she is also able to view my pics.I will change the way I call up the pics. I havent tried this yet. Instead of using a relative directory (..) I will type in the full URL. I will let you know.SunkistP.S. I have another solution. I think I will change my link to all images being hotlinked. Then I will post a pornographic picture to that URL. Anybody trying to steal my bandwidth will get a more than they bargained for!

Hi again:Nope, that didn't work. When entering just those two URL's, images show up fine on my homepage (http://www.histology-world.com/). But any of the pages that are in folders, such as (http://www.histology-world.com/art/art.htm) don't work. The images are blocked.Who is allowed to go into my cpanel and get it to work? Am I the only one who can do that? Or can admins do that?Also, would there be another way for bloxking xanga and Myhomepage from hot linking? Should I just block there IP's or is that not such a good idea?Sunkist

Hi:I think it would be a good idea. I have a domain name, so Xisto is not included in my URL. So, when I am discussing problems with my Histology World site, I include the URL. But if I forget to do it, then they can't go look and see what I am talking about.Sunkist

Hi Buffallo:Thanks for your help so far.Ok, here is where I am at:I discovered I had to delete all the subdirectories to make the activate button work. So, I list my index page only (http://www.histology-world.com/). And for that page, hot linking works.I went to one of the sites where they are using my image by hotlinking, and all I got was the box with the red x. Just what I wanted!However, I have a ton of file folders underneath the index page. Even when I add them, my own pages are not able to view the images.For example: when I add "http://www.histology-world.com/cdroms/cdroms.htm; to the list in the box, it activates. It looks like it will work.Yet, when I go to that page, my image is not visible. I have all my images in the folder called "image". Am I adding the URL's incorrectly? Any other suggestions?
