This should be their new motto PS, on topic: How come firefox doesn't let me resume downloads, say a couple of days down the track? I notice that when its downloading it saves as (for exapmle) coolprogram.exe.part so wouldn't that suggest it could resume? But no everytime I quit is says "Sure?? You'll lose these downloads!!!" and I'm like what, you sucker? So yeah whats the dillio?

It's my birthday and I want my parents to get me all the parts for a good computer as a present. Today I watched The People vs Larry Flynt and I have to say it was pretty good. Thouroughly engrossing and often hilarious. Well not really, but some bits were real funny.

I have read all five books, and am waiting for the sixth to be finished. In the mean time, I have found a better land to escape to called Midkemia. You should check out the Robert Feist books(Magician, especially).

I haven't had to even reboot my PC for 2 months, much less tear it apart or fix it. It just depends on the user. If you're mean to your system, you'll be fixing it a lot(Mac or PC). I've seen broken macs. One user told me he had reinstalled his OS 5 times in the 1 or 2 years he had his. Besides, if macs are so great, why do you rarely see virtual mac for pc's, but almost every mac has a copy of virtual pc running on it. I could never get used to a one button mouse.

I used to use DAP and its full of spyware.

I use the default firefox downloader mostly, but in the few cases I'm in IE, I use Download Express by MetaProducts. It is completely free, with no ads. I used to use DAP, but it constantly wanted to upgrade. Needless to say, I didn't like the newer version and it has ads(unless you want to buy it).

Firefox runs slow on my work computer, but is three times as fast as IE on my home PC. I think my work computer needs formatted again. Last I checked I was down to 1.5 GB freespace on my system drive. Oh well, another day.
