yeh right u have to a club member to download nuke 7.6.. But the laws r not that strict.. so no pblms now dnloading 7.6... 7.6 has a lot of ecurity holes that r yet to be patched so dun use it now.. :roll: I was clicking on the word "public_html" and it was giving me some BS about some stuff. Then I clicked on the corresponding picture of a folder next to the word "public_html" it let me do lots of happy happy things.Thankyou for your help guys, now I am thouroughly embarrassed. Goodnight.

Stop being idiots, you idiots. I put a file on my server. Lets call it file.fle. I put it up and wanted to edit it, but I couldn't see how to access any files in the folder public_html which the file was in. So i uploaded a new file.fle and tried to put it in the same folder as the old one. It wouldn't let me. "Cannot move file.fle: /home/mywebsite/public_html/file.fle already exists." So I want to know a) how to edit the file how to over ride the original file c) how to access public_html to edit/remove/delete etc. files I have put up there.

ROFL! Back to topic: I think it might be compatibility. Maybe your version of phpnuke doesent support the template because it's meant for another version? According to my brain's decyphering method, what you did was install and phpnuke theme but the ported phpbb forums are not displaying the theme?

Ditto. I'd have to add that the community here in FNK is one of the finest ones I've seen, filled with newbies and plenty of experts to help those newbies. Of course when us newbies are not newbieing around, we like to "chill" at the Gaming forums or one of the other fine establishments offered in FNK. FNK = not greedy, offer a great community, and best free hosting around. Ph34R! Back to topic: I use phpBB and I can't be more happy with it. Good amount of "useful" mods, a few themes here and there, and it's free. Oh and did I mention it's ported in php-nuke, my all time favorite CMS too?
