dont edit files with filemanager there is a known problem with code files in file manager just download filezilla client

the "copy to" means you have to upload it to that location, its not pre-existing there (you upload it from whatever path you unzipped it to locally) as for the sql, just copy/paste that code to the query window in phpMyadmin
