all you do is change ur permission. To do that go to File Manager in Cpanel. Click on public_html but do not open it up just click on it and at top right there will be things to choose from and you want change permission. click everything but the two in the middle from right to left.Tim

in file manager, navigate down to the templates directory, click the "upload file" link, in the first box, select browse, and navigate to where you have the skin downloaded to, upload it, it will then take you back to the filelist, click the filename, and on the menu pn he right will be an option "extract files"

uploading a skin is easy through cpamel, since you only need to upload the .zip and can extract the files on the server through file manager
