Right now, it seems like I can not connect onto my website thru ftp. This happens last night too. I wait late and it works. But around about this time it is not giving me connection. Is the host off and on???

I have a .mpg file and I need to replace some frames of the video with another frame that I have, its saved as a .bmp (or.jpg) so I'll need a program that can edit at the frame level with importing capabilities with picture files......anyone know of anything?
