phpNuke is the best....thers so many other like yaBB and yaPP but ya nuke tears it up

3dsmax is the best one that i know of...its really hard to use..theres a sub program from them thats a lil cheaper...its good for animation

Hmm, you should try to reduce the number of frames. It's not a very complex animation, the file size shouldn't be that big.
