  1. Skipping rods and doing push ups consistently help reduce your weight over time. It's a good way of keeping fit as well. Because skipping increases blood flow towards your legs, keeping the lower part of your body healthy. And push ups increase blood flow to your chest, keeping the upper part of your body healthy. You should also make sure that your body is digesting your food intake properly. When people are getting fat, its also because their body doesn't digest food as easily/regularly and in a timely manner. Due to lack of exercise and other factors. Get a professional opinion in this case.Basically there is no sure short way to losing weight. A human can only do so much at a time. So be consistent and don't lose hope. Don't want it too badly. Just keep up with your schedule and everything will be alright.
  2. IE7 is heaps better than it's predecessor. But everybody knows, it could have been a lot better. Internet Explorer is still vulnerable to a lot of security threats and if you're not using any good anti-spyware software you're prone to a lot of viruses/trojons/spyware. IE7 uses up more memory than some of the other browsers that are on the block. It doesn't have a lot of value added features that are essential to make it the best browser there available there is.It is obvious that Microsoft don't pay much attention to the lack of quality in their mainstream browser. It's understandable too. Because no matter what other browser companies do, Internet Explorer still is the most used browser on the internet. Simply because most people don't take the pain or are not knowledgeable enough to research other browsers and in return have a quality browsing experience on the internet.
  3. Hi, all. I'm an Opera Browser fan. I like it because it has many built in features that are there for you to use right after install. No need to download extra plugins or anything. It has built in email, RSS Feeds. You can make changes to the code of any website and see their affects right away. It has a some very neat preferences that top it over other browsers. According to a recent report by Apple with the launch of their Safari browser BETA, Opera is the slowest browser as compared to Safari, FireFox, IE7. I find this true to some extent. Safari claim that their browser executes JavaScript very fast which is what makes that browser very fast. I have tested all those four browsers. And found that, executing javascript pages does in fact affect a browser's speed directly. Opera is slow at executing JavaScript, as compared to Safari, FireFox and IE7. But if you have a fast enough computer, you wouldn't feel the difference. I still prefer Opera to other browsers. Although I have to use all of them to test my website's compatibility.
