  1. I heard about this on a tech site a couple of days ago and I havent been able to find out anything else about it. Supposedly, it goes off in the morning and if you hit the snooze button it will fly around the room chirping until you catch it and turn it off. If anyone has any other information on this or if there is anywhere to buy it please let me know because I am really interested in purchasing one of these as I am the type of person that will just keep ihitting the snooze button.

    this sounds stupid ... how can a alarm fly?????

  2. well, i sure that you recently heard about LCD and Plasma monitors, but .... do you know whats the diference between them, well, its HUGE and you must be very careful if you are going to buy one of these:Point for LCD
    Another Point for LCD
    Point for Plasma monitor
    Point for........well, this depends if you want size or quality...

    For me the winner is LCD, because the burn-in risk is something really bad if you pay $3.000 for a Plasma monitor of 42" against $1,279.99 for a LCD of 32"
    The final decision is yours...

    tats a good 1 dude.....i love plasme as it is big and costly!!!

  3. Hey guys have you heard about OLED?
    Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) technology

    An OLED is an electronic device made by placing a series of organic thin films between two conductors. When electrical current is applied, a bright light is emitted. This process is called electrophosphorescence. Even with the layered system, these systems are very thin, usually less than 500 nm (0.5 thousandths of a millimeter).

    When used to produce displays, OLED technology produces self-luminous displays that do not require backlighting. These properties result in thin, very compact displays. The displays also have a wide viewing angle, up to 160 degrees and require very little power, only 2-10 volts.

    OLED displays have other advantages over LCDs as well:

    * Increased brightness
    * Faster response time for full motion video
    * Lighter weight
    * Greater durability
    * Broader operating temperature ranges

    What can you say with this latest technology?

    This will really change our lifestyle.

    s i hav head of it man...plz giv me more info....be fast

  4. I was trying to do something in ajax and If I can say it it very cool technology. It is harder to learn but when you will learn it you can make beautiful pages with many awesome things. I was doing a shout box but it wasn't working.Why? Because I'm not good at coding and these languages.
    But as was said, ajax will be a wide used technology very soon.

    can u ppl give me more info abt tis.....

  5. Sending Fake SMS

    There is a loop hole in Nokia mobile phone using which you can send fake SMS messages. i.e you can send a SMS to your friend by changing the from address to some random e-mail address.

    Nokia has a feature called SMS e-mail

    This feature is used to send e-mail by SMS. You network operator will have a SMS e-mail server.

    You are supposed to send a SMS to the SMS mail server with the To address, subject and e-mail body as a partof the SMS text body by following the conventions provideded by your Network operator.

    You SMS server will read the To address, Subject and the Body of e-mail from the SMS message and forwards the mail to the corresponding e-mail address.

    If im confusing you, better take a look at this example

    Compose a SMS with the following text

    "to:xyz@gmail.com sub:hello body: hi test msg" excluding the double quotes

    send the SMS to 9915 which is the SMS server for Airtel network, India.

    Airtel will forward the SMS to the corresponding mail address xyz@gmail.com

    Some Nokia phones have a seperate feature for this e-mail. So we can use this feature to send Fake messages

    Fake Message steps:

    step 1:

    Compose a SMS msg with the text you want to send

    Step 2:

    Go to sending Options-> Send to E-mail

    Step 3:

    in the text box that appears key in an e-mail address which has to be a fake from address in your message.

    Step 4:

    Subject text box appears. Leave it blank or type in something you want

    Step 5:

    E-mai Server text box

    This is the place where spoofing happens.

    Instead of typing your e-mail server number 9915

    Type in the mobile number of your friend/enemy you want to spoof

    Then send the message

    Kudoos !!!! You are done !!!! You ve sent a fake SMS message

    Your friend/enemy will receive the message.

    But the Sender number will be replaced with the e-mail address you gave.

    Your number will not be displayed in the sender part.

    I tried this trick in Nokia 6060 and Nokia 6610.

    In other phones also the steps must be the same but the menu layout might change.

    Those who wanted to know how to do this in some other specific phones i can help you

    I ve discovered lots of Mobile phone tricks like this which i ll share with you all in the near future

    i tried it in my mobile but.....its not working

  6. idk, cell phones are probably bad for you, but they haven't done anything to me. i talk on the phone for like 4 hours a day on average. i really hope that this isn't doing any long-term damage. sorry to contradict what i said before, but i don't think cell phone physically do any damage to you, except that your arm starts to hurt after a while. get a headset or a speaker-phone dealy.

    s i do accecpt it///....i have some probs in my ear after i start using mobile fones...

  7. It costs three hundred dollars if you get the plan for it. But I bought the flex plan so it cost 600 dollars. But I don't need extra batteries the thing can hold the battery for up to two days!!

    hey i also have a awesome fone.......
    my fone is sony erison J230i...
    look its a fancy number
    it has nice FM radio
    it has cam....
    now wat do u think???? hahah!!

  8. Yeah i have used my Nokia 6610 as a modem in my phone. It is was an amazing business phone once upon a time. It has got a GPRS modem. This is the highlight of this phone. The java support of this phone is bit small. It support only MIDP 1.0. This phone has got Infrared support though it did not work properly for me to use it as a GPRS modem. You can use this phone as a GPRS modem when you officially buy a original Nokia CA-42 cable or DKU-5 cable to use this phone as a GPRS modem. I have used this phone for the past 5 years and this is the best phone i have ever used in my life thought it is not very feature rich compared to current high end mobile phones and smarthphones in the market.

  9. Microsoft had finally released their Windows Live Search few weeks back.Previously the Beta version of it had been released.It has also announced it's next operating system. It's name is Vienna( surely will be a copy from Mac or Linux Distro).It's release is expected in 2009.Yahoo has improvised their search algorithm and it's in use from yesterday.

  10. Yes you can use this software defnitely in your Nokia 6600. It is only a JAVA application. it will work. The only problem with Nokia 6600 is that its Java version is CLDC 1.0 which does not support float data type. whereas lots of java applications are CLDC 1.1 applications which is a very big drawback for lots of Nokia 6600 users which was a namazing nokia phone once upon a time inspite of its bad sound quality and similar other factors.

  11. These information are all fake information that are floating around in lots of blogs and arcticles in the internet. Google would surely oficially announce about any new stufs like this. By the way google being a web services company. How can they suddenly come up with an all new mobile phone. it is perfectly impossible. May be google is tying up with some mobile manufacturer to provide some google software platform in mobile phones.

  12. Hmmm that guy is primarily a school drop out. and so its too hard for him yo stick on to good ethics in life. He always tries to steal ideas from other great companies and people. But he is definitely a great business man though he is not a good software engineer or software scientist. He is good enuf to develop microsoft to such an extent and he has constantanly made all his stock holders benifit and grow exponentially.

  13. The Sony company atlast released their latest cell phone p1i which comes later to p990i as well as M600i. It has the functionality of p990i and looks like M600 i as slim as that cell phone. Its based on Symbian UIQ3 platform as the p990i and M600i with some little changes. The OS is quicker in this phone compared to all the other phones. ITs really nice and has very small dimensions comparing to the previous standards. It come with an inbuilt 128 mb graphic card. Its really good to use. It differes from M600i by not having soft keys and you can operate it using either the fingers on the touchscreen. The screen is really nice. the display is very good. and the touch screen is so responsive, but is naturally a finger print magnet. slapping on a screen guard on the second you open the box- the screens responsiveness will suffer a tad but its worth it.Its really easy to type since the keypad is much softer than any other sony ericson phones. A key has two letters in the qwerty format. It also has a 3.2 mega pixels brilliant camera and the clarity and colour balance adds much to the photo. Thers also an other camera where the video calls can be made. It also comes with the very brilliant and useful facility of bussiness card scanner. The good or bad rating can be given based on the business card only. Hence no comments. It also supports 3G and Wi fi 803. The battery life is also too good. It works for many hours. Its really nice and good and cool to own a cell phone like this. There is no annoying flip top which is a added feature of this phone compared to p 990i this is a very good idea coz its really buggy to flip each time when u use the phone.It comes with an 1gb micro SD support M2 aand also it supports Fm radio. The price of this is just 24,000..

  14. I like to have an application in which you can stream media content smoothly into the mobile phone with effecient algorithms using the existing low profile network bandwidth supported by GPRS or EDGE in our GSM networks.I would like a like an application using which we can modify the operation system or firmware code of the mobile phone so that we can customize our phone for ourselves.

  15. I installed one such GPS software for my 6600 , i dint know whether it was compatible or not but all the installation wen fine with our any warning, but since nokia 6600 is pretty old model and less of a sys mem, i think the application dint load and my memory card jus ruined . i m not able to format it either. :P

    Actually this application does not work in Nokia 6600 because the APIs that we use in this application is supported only by Symbian OS 8.1 and above.
