I created a table in phpmyadmin, i copied the code in a file and uploaded this file onto the host. Now it says that it cannot connect to the database. The error lies within "mysql_select_db($db)" => so i think this means that it cant find the database? If anyone knows how to let my login and register forms connect to the database, please help me. I used a login system from this site, ill post the link later.

Here's a little idea of mine: a naruto MMORPG... Anyone who has seen Naruto will catch my drift: a game where one could move completly free like in the series. I was thinking some hybrid between Ragnarok online and The Elder Scrolls. With perhaps a choise between top view and first or third person. Adding the show's 'techniques' it would be quite something.Ofcourse, having a game built like that costs alot of money, and sending ideas to a big game company probable wouldn't have any effect. Perhaps Atari would do good with a new game xDAnyway, I was just brainstorming here.

I practice Judo.I live in a small country though, so I only have to do a 20 minute bike ride, not much of a 'workout' there.I train only two times a week, each time one and a half hour. I go for a half an hour run every sunday and I do some weightlift every day for an hour...But really it's not that much... I'm not the perfect muscular man you see on tv.

Sorry for double post, but I cant seem to make a database in WAMP, I tried to do it in SQLitemanager and PHPmyadmin. It doesnt appear to be creating a database and in PHPmyadmin I create a database, but when i try to make a table it keeps returning errors about the number of fields...Can anyone help, yet again

Well I didn't mix several tutorials, i only tried them and afterwards moved them to them 'database' inside the site zip file. There is no link to these files, so there isnt a problem with that. And yes like you said, the problem is that i dunno how to use MySQL, cuz i dont understand how it works and didnt find a download on the official site. I'll try to find it, so it might work

Ugh, I need to learn more PHP, but for now can you fix it, try to see if it works and then send back? So i can look at the differences between the 2. And the login system was from a tutorial on this site.

Can the database be empty or what does have to be in it? And can it be done in Access? thx for great help all, just beginner with programming. Next year i'm gonna study it tho (in university)

I got a Login System, but now I'm having trouble with linking it to the database. It would be highly appreciated if someone could make me a working login system with a database and send me the files. Otherwise I'll just look around some more and try to find the answer.

I know I might sound a bit novice, but I'd like to know how to make a register and login database. I think it shouldn't be based on whether you have or don't have an (in)visible disability, but on how much it affects you as a person. There are people who have, for example cancer, but they can still work. It would also help them forget what they have. But people who are chronically tired (don't know the name of the syndrome in English) can't work and should therefor get a wage replacement.
