Hmmm What to get a dog or a cat ?It all depends on your lifestyle and other variables. If you are looking for a pet to just to keep you company a cat or a small dog will sufice. If you are looking for a companion to go hicking, running or any other outdoor activity you need a dog hands down ! Cats are loners most of them prefer to be left alone and only will come to you when its either time to feed them or they want the company as well. They groom themselves and they require low maintenance. Dogs on the other hand require more attention and are very loyal companions. If you take the time you can train your dog to do all sort of diferent activities that you both can enjoy. Short hair dogs are more easier to maintain than medium or long haired ones that require you to either cut their hairs or take them to the groomer. Me personally I'm a dog person.

Shelters most of the time are created or founded by persons with a very strong desire to save animals. Even tough this is a great cause. Sometimes they don't know the first thing about how they are supposed to be run. They do a great deal and its a 40+ hrs job. There is no holidays or days off for this kind of people. I work with alot of rescue groups and shelters and trust me their jobs are not easy. Veterinary bills are expensive and sometimes this costs come straight out of the shelter. Thats why most of them ask for a donation or a small fee if you decide to adopt your pet from them. I really recoment people to rescue rather than spend their money on a pet center. This places support puppy mills and they really are bad. Most puppy mills breed their dogs for quantity and not quality. So if they have a litter of 10 puppies and only end up selling 3. They euthanize the rest and start over. Why ? you ask the answer is simple puppies are cute and everyone wants a puppy instead of an older dog. Please support your local shelters and the Humane Society and spay and neuter your pets.

This is a bit over rated. I work with animals everyday and most bites are simple checkmarks. That's what the dog will do to let you know that he doesn't want to be bothered at the moment. Remember dogs don't have hands so they use their teeth as hands. Most dogs will just give you a quick bite. If its a very aggresive dog he will continue the attack if he feels treathen. If you don't know the dog. Aproach to him slowly don't make quick eye contact with him. Most dogs see this as a challenge. When you aproach him to say hi don't put your hand overhead the dog can see that as an attack. Instead aproach him slowly and calmly and scratch him under the muzzle. That way the dog will be more at ease since it wont see you as a threat. If you see that the dog has his ears laid back and the tail under. BE EXTREEMLY CAREFUL he is either scared or feels threaten. When introducing children to a dog let the children know that they are in charge and don't let them play any kind of game with the dog that will make the dog think that he wins over them. That will only enforce his thinking that he is in control and he is the alpha dog or the leader of the pack. The best way is to make this kind of introductions under strick supervision.

America's Army is a great game. I accept that it doesn't have the best graphics but its very realistic. Its made for people who like to play realism games rather than arcade games trying to be realistic. The damage system is well balanced and the accuracy as well. It builds teamwork if you use any type of voip system. This game is more for the people that like to play more as a team than as individuals.
