  1. 6/10the background looks plain, and the render doesnt blend very well with it.
  2. my first sig using this type of render, and my second using that kind of border. my first sig using that border looks much better. overall, ill dont really see much wrong with it. tell me what you think.
  3. thanx. i never make the background until i have a render i can use, then i just make a background that would fit it. you can try planetrenders.com if you're lookin for renders, that's where i find alot of mine.i try not to use much text, because it normally comes out looking like crap, so i just put a logo render and work with that and put my username somewhere, but not where it stands out.that area is a bit dark. just gives it a little bit more of an effect to me, though.thanx for the input.

  5. ive been reading some tut's and in some(Saint Michael's and others) i keep seeing something about an X brush and a T brush, and im not entirely sure what either of them are. are they just brush settings, or are they brushes i have to DL?if someone could help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
  6. thanx.yeah, my text is always kinda plain. i havent really focused(sp?) on it much, though.the first sig was thew first time i actually blended the render. ive been checkin out some tut's and tryin 'em out. workin on smudged sigs right now, but i can never seem to get them right lol.thanx for the input
  7. im still new to Photoshop. still learning all that i can. first one's my favorite, and my best so far, IMO. advice, constructive criticism, thoughts, etc. are all appreciated.
