The best spyware remover i have used is Webroot Spysweeper. I have tried many of the others out there but they always make you pay after it searches your computer. Here is a link Webroot Spy Sweeper. Also it takes a little bit longer than Spybot - Search & Destroy does, but it also found a lot more suspicious entries. Hope this helps.

I downloaded the UT2004 demo and am hooked. It is a great game. If you dont like the blood and gore and other violence then dont play it. Thats why they have rating labels and it tells you what it has in it.

I prefer Nike. You get what you pay for. Nike just puts out better and more stylish clothing and accesories. But Adidas is one of my favorite brands also.

Smoking is very bad for you but once you start your addicted. I know quite a few people who tried to quit but they just couldnt handle not having a cigarette. Bottom line is if your thinking about doing it because you think its "cool" dont do it. Its not worth the pain and suffer you will face later on in your life
