It's impossible to change a bmp file to an icon! You can only do that with the .gif extension with some kind of software(forgot name)!

To create a forum is easy but if you mean create forum software, I am speechless. But to create a forum, google "free forum software" and look for good ones like phpBB, SMF, PBB. And upload them by following their guides. For uploading them, use FTP to make it quick. I recommend FileZilla.

Even if IE had these, I would consider FF since FF fixed many bugs in IE and FF is more secure, fast, and customizable. Also, because IE is made by Microsoft and their products are pretty much in the age of the dinosaurs.

Having 100MBPS Broadband and a private network, it probably won't work for me.Although this would've helped me when I only have 56KBPS Dial-up with Netzero.
