I joined Xisto a long time ago and even haven't had 100 posts yet. I usually spent a lot of hours to come here but just read others' messages , when I saw an interesting thing , I log in and post then log out

I go for File Zilla , it is totally Free and very easy to use. I used it to upload my forum install files to Xisto server and done but when I used Ip Switch FTP I can't do anything because it is very hard to use and it isn't free so I think you should go for File Zilla.

I really want a free domain and seems EzyRewards but there are only three offers for me to complete and I don't understand how to win that Click and Win contest. If you got one from there , please help me out. Thank you very much , please reply as soon as you can

I am going to try FireFox but my friend said that the download speed for FireFox is 50 % (Or something , I don't remember) slower than Internet Explorer 7 so I really hesitate for it. Please help me , is what my friend said true ?

I've Question bout the hosting credt. now I've been hosted with 20Mb space type hosting. and if I want to upgrade my hosting, to became default hosting (50 mb hosting), how many cedits I should collect? is it 30 credits, or 20 credits (because we already have 10 credit before) tahnkyou for Your Answer

To my knowledge , you have to collect 30 Credits in order to get the second package. And I think it is true , because if you was more patient before then you have to get only 30 Credits but not , you want to be hosted right away so that 30 are good and it is fair for another members

I am currently going to create more boards on my forum (hosted by Xisto , of course) and is in big trouble. Can I take some of Xisto 's boards to my forum like Life Talk , Website Discussion ? Thank you very much , please reply.

About the virus vault in AVG , viruses in there can NOT damage your computer but I don't know how heal them. You shouldn't delete those viruses because doing so will make your computer damaged like missing a few features and more. So I think you shoudn't delete those viruses.

I really love Internet Explorer 7 no matter it is in the Beta testing or not , it is easy , simple and secure to use. I can't wait to try the final version , I advise you shouldn't download Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 or Release Candidate 1 at one of those Warez sites , the files you downloaded can harm your computer quickly and easily

found your answer so do the following

 

-Log into your phpmyadmin

-execute this in the sql part repair table smf_sessions;

 

if that doesn't work try this

 

go into phpmyadmin select all tables in your database structure and then select repair from the dropdown list at the bottom.

 

if that doesn't work try ths guide fro mthe same site

If that don't work the admin can repair through WHM

I tried to use Repair_settings.php downloaded from Simple Mechines Community but it didn't help me. Is there any way to fix or create another forum but still keep all topics and posts (Note : The last time I tried access my forum was yesterday and then I didn't do anything in cPanel , then today I can't access it anymore). PS when it's not working why do you assume that it's the server?

That thing is Window Vista , right ? I don't like it , I like Window XP more because I heard from my friend who is currently using Window Vista said that it really slow , a normal Window XP Computer takes a time to start about 20 seconds but Window Vista more than 1 minute (That is just exemple , I don't exactly remember) so I still use Window XP

Those ads is what enables us to have free hosting! I haven't complained once because I am not paying for my hosting and it is quality hosting. If you don't want to be hosted here you can simply move. no one is forcing you to stay here.

I would half to say I want to live in MageMan Battle Network 6 Cybeast Falzar , the Beast Out and Beast Tomahawk Cross are really cool. I really want to live as MegaMan.EXE in that game

I think Xisto 's forum should be changed to Simple Machines instead of Invision Power Board , Simple Machines is easier to use , simple and quick as well as the quality is better than Invision Power Board too but that is just what I think. And more , Xisto should remove those annoying Advertisements on the forum , why Xisto provided Free Web Host without Ads and Xisto 's Forum don't ? Note that those are just what I think so if you don't agree , please not mad

You should be very careful with these two software Spy Sheriff and Spyware Quake. Spy Sheriff is a virus / spyware that can harm your computer quickly , I downloaded it and tried scanning and always receive a list more than 20 Spywares. And then I tried looking for some information about Spy Sheriff and known recently that it is a very dangerous Spyware , it can attack another trusted Anti-Spyware software and then kill your PC. About Spyware Quake , it can automatycally installed on your PC and auto scan itself , then , scan for only 10 SECONDS and I received a list more than 45 Spywares while I tried to scan my Computer with Spy Sweeper and received only one named Spyware Quake. And more , both of them can harm your PC really quick so NEVER visit their homepage or download them , that way those two will attack you with ease , the more time you keep them on your PC , the more Spywares attack you

I think that Xisto should make something like this :Starter Package : 10 CreditsStarter Package + Free Dmain : 50 CreditsRegular Package : 30 CreditsRegular Package + Free Domain : 100 CreditsOr something similar to that , and if the person choose to have a package with a domain , after be approved , his credits change to the default but it drop 2 times faster than the normal hosted no domain members (That means he will lose 2 credits per day). That way would be good , I hope Xisto would offer free domain

I agree with you and Download.com , Anti-Spyware softwares are very popular nowadays just because people hack each other using Spyware more then using virus. I personally really hate those Spywares and Adwares and I downloaded more than 100 Anti-Spyware software but tried only around 2 -> 3 anti Virus software as well as Firewall. That 's why Anti-Spyware are 4 out of 10 popular download

I think Xisto should offer Free Domains for hosted members , that way will make Xisto the best Free Webhosting ever and willbe far from the 2nd place. Free Domains are very useful , they make hosted members' site better a lot , so I hope Xisto will do so.
