Agreed I used it ages ago and gave my computer grief, so I tried loads of others. Although I have always found that after some tweaking Norton is best suited for me.

Thank you for taking the time to read all of this and enjoy the site.
  9. Its hard to tell before it comes out. Its like the long discussion everyone had about was the xbox better than PS2? I have always preferred the Playstation as I have always liked the games avialable on that console. Although others will have different views.I think at this point they are both great consoles as they will offer different games i.e Halo on xbox. It would be interesting to see other views though. Also this has been discussed already.

  20. Does anyone here care for flexibility? When I ask this does anyone train in any sports that require a certain amount of flexibility, or just care for a certain amount of flexibilty? As I am a Martial Artist I do focus a lot of time on it as it is an area I enjoy. If you do a lot of stretching then what is your routine?Mine is as follows:MONDAY: AM - Dynamic stretches (leg swings 3x10 to front, side and rear) PM ? Dynamic stretches (leg swings 3x10 to front, side and rear) as part of warm upIsometric stretches (contracting and relaxing the stretching muscle until maximum stretch and then holding for 30 secs.) I use 3 sets each of two stretches for hams, quads and adductorsI also have training so I do 15-20 minutes of stretching with everyone else then as wellTUESDAY: AM - Dynamic stretches (leg swings 3x10 to front, side and rear)PM ? Dynamic stretches (leg swings 3x10 to front, side and rear) Relaxed Stretching (Normal stretch comprising basically of just sliding into the stretch position and holding for 30 secs) I do 3 sets each of two different stretches for Hams, adductors and Quads. WEDNESDAY: AM - Dynamic Stretches PM - Dynamic stretches (leg swings 3x10 to front, side and rear) as part of warm upRelaxed stretches (the same as for Tuesday) I also do my class again today and some technique training. THURSDAY: Same as MondayFRIDAY: OFF General warm-up i.e. skipping, dynamic stretchesSpecific warm-up roundhouse kicksMain part; kicking (a variety of different kicks)Cool down: relaxed stretches SATURDAY: AM - Dynamic Stretches PM - Isometric Stretches (same as for Monday)SUNDAY: OFF (day of rest)
  21. I am currently studying Wing Tsun. For you that dont know what it is: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I think its great. Unlike quite a few people here I feel that Boxing is a martial art to some extent. It is much harder than many people make it out to be. I am not trying to start a flame war I am only expressing my feelings towards it. Also what do you guys think of UFC (The Ultimate Fighting Championship)? Do you feel this is a martial art of not?
  22. There are 2 ways you can reset your bios. 1. On the motherboard there is a small watch battery. Remove this battery along with the power cable from the power supply. Hold down the power button to fully discharge the system. Wait 2-3 minutes then reinstall the battery and plug in your system. Your reset is now complete 2. Some motherboards have a 3 pin jumper by the battery. Lets say that the jumper is on pins 2 and 3. Remove the jumper while the machine is OFF and place onto pins 1 and 2. Power on your machine for a minute. (Note: Your system will not POST). Shutdown your machine and put the jumper back to pins 2 and 3. Your reset is now complete This is a great troubleshooting step for those of you having POST issues or no POSTing at all. Like other troubleshooting steps, this will not always work but usually will depending on the problem.

  25. So has anyone downloaded and tried this yet? http://www.microsoft.com/err/office/ It's the entire suite for free and it's really cool. It's such a huge difference from the Office 2000 I've been using for years. It's a big 450 mb download but I think it's worth it. You have to log in to download it but all you need is a hotmail account and you don't even need to give them legit info or anything. I just put in garbledy gook for all fields besides email. The installer is fairly smart and will remove previous versions of office if you have them. Also, you can use the key they give you to install it on as many computers as you like. I've installed it on two computers so far so I just assume it'll allow for more. It does have you activate it at the end when you first run an office program. My big question is does this last forever? It even let's you do updates and seriously you'll need to run windows update after installing this. There were like 14 updates or something that appeared after putting on the system. I hope it doesn't use the update system to make you stop using it or something. Anyway, I heard that those who got Office 2003 Beta are still using it today so that gives me hope. What do you guys think?
