He may want it because his host only gives him one or two databases and he is in need of a few more, although normally you can just assign a user to the database.

Read the manual that came with your download or open a support ticket at your customer center and they will install it for you, for FREE.

IPB, is, By FAR the best BBsoftware out there. Ive been using it since 1.2 and would never think of moving to anything else. Support and ipsbeyond are WONDERFUL and although the new pricing is harsh, I love the look and ACP. 2.3 has a redesigned ACP and it is very well improved. Its a shame this forum has not upgraded.

Have you tried manuually installing the diver on every computer as sudgested above?

By chance, does the laptop have a physical sound mute button somewhere on the side?(Mine does)

I assume, based on the features named, that this is an IPB board you are yourself running?Did you make any recent file edits?

Has this update taken place yet? It does not seem to reflect with whats on the forum index. (You may want to update that if it has happened.)
