well since i wasnt doing or using much of my trap 17 hosting on my clan site idecided to have the server named changed and witht hat i started a new site for now it is forum based until i get my full website design laid out and coded. but i used phpbb boards thru fantastico , and im looking to installing a gallery pretty soon. the site is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ thi is a site devoted to the art of chopping cars thru photoshop or any other editing software.. it is not the traditional gfx site but it is very similar and also i do have a general graphics sectiont hat is not devoted to auto manipulations.. so if youd like to do me the favor please visit and register

ok i think i understand now.. eiother way looks like im gonna have to try it out i had to edit tis post i think i got it. if once i purchase my domain name.com thry yahoo. i will need to point the servers to trap 17. after that is done come to trap 17 request the name change to mydomain.com then everytime i go to mydomain.com it will pull up my directories folder , but if i go to my domain forward contol panel and i set my forwarding address to /forums same as in my directories folder , everytime i type mydomain.com will automatically go to mydomain.com/forums is this correct then all i have to do to access my ftp is go to mydomain.com and i will have access to my ftp i hope this is right

Well Ive been reading alot of the sticky post and faq's but im still a bit cunfused. and i havenet found a few answers.Im looking to have my Xisto subdomain changed. before i do that im going to purchase a new domain thru yahoo.After i purchase that domain can my trap 17 account be changed to that domain . if so im sure it is just by pointing the domian to the trap 17 servers ns1ns2something like that. is that right?and i want to know will it delete all my current folders i have uploaded and will i have to start over or will the name change be the only thing affected?Also im having trouble figuring out once i have my domain, how do i redirect a link without it showing my trap.17hosted url after my it displays my .comthis is what i get right now. example.I type http://www.imagineersystems.com/ and it pulls up my page then it shows sitename.trap17.com/myforumsbut id like it to still remain at monkey.com but then show monkey.com/myforums how do i achive this.anyone

I also like t he design. the layout and the colrs used . Definately makes the site look very professional. As far as the links and some of the others tuff i really didnt check that out or click on anything.. but the overall design as said looks good.

In the past i tried signing up with google adsense. I was denied i think because my site was not fulle developed. So id like to know from anyne out there if this will affect my chances on getting approved this second time around..I truely dont think I should have a problem but I just want to make sure before i try to sign up and get denied again.So if anyone outhere has any input let me know.Also if i can get some help on once i do get them if i get it How do i add it to my phpbb board..thnx fellas any information will help.

wow no way. i had no idea that something like that was capable.I mean i just figured it would go to crap once you pour any thing into it like that.. that is a really good find . pc case filled with oil and pc runs...

Well i think it's just because of pure image. Folks are too caught up in what other people think of them that , wheter they realize it or not. or admit it they are caught up in peer pressure.And Peer pressure can be argued some say no way that doesnt happen it doesnt exsist .. well believe itor not its there. wheter you see it or not..Pressure comes in any and many forms..thats why i think people get drunk to just do it.. maybe they need to noticed. and they chose to get drunk infront of their buddies. so everyone can talk about them.. A buddy of mine would do it all the time why just becasue he liked hearing how he got wasted at someone sparty or house. He said it was his way of building a cool rep. which is plain garbage.. He really thought he was something cool. hed show up and ofcourse his first line was.. man i dont remember anything last night i got really wasted and sure enough people that werent even there were like Yeah man i heard about you and that you was striping thenyou pucked on so and so.. and blah blah blah.. and i swear he would get like the biggest head thinking he was really cool. but to me he was still just an idiot trying to be or act popular.. in this case he has gone completely the wrong direction

wow i didnt even think of study fields such as engeneering. Stuff like that takes alot of mastery.. and taking time off then having to come back without taking those courses to freshen you hup can be a very difficult challenge. Luckily for me im able to schedule some refresh courses such as some match and english classes to get me back on the right track.. and thenin the second semester ill be able to take the needed math courses and composition classes i need. I feel that i need to take them or else i am just showing up to fail. and id really hate to lose that. especially since my gpa is still in a nice range. not to high but not oo low.. well lastime i check it was nearing the 3.0 range... i was an average B .. so definately i will benefit by taking some extra classes to keep me on top..

now i see. i had no idea thats what that was.. i will definately have to look into getting some back links

Well next fall Coming. Aug 2006 I will be returning to school. It's something that i have always wanted to finish up on. I need less than 40 hours to finish. So im looking at maybe a total of three semesters. I sit back and now I wonder why did I wait so long to go back.I tell you this if you are in school at the moment and are thinking of taking a break then coming back. dont do it. Regardless of how disciplined or focused you are about it or how much you think oh ill be back next semester.Believe me i thought the same way. I took a semester off and its tunred out to be 3 years now.. why I have no idea. I have no idea why i waited so long to go back and finish.. regardless of what i was studying for. I should have stayed in school and focused on what i needed the most. Now I have decided to return and fishish. And it feels that I have decided to take the leap of faith.I plan to go to school full time and plan on keeping my job. At the same time try to find time to spend with my family . This is not going to be easy for me. I feel very pressured about it.. Since now I have aquired bills that i didnt have back then and id hate to be late on any payments or just not have the money to pay since I will be cutting back on work hours.So i hope anyone of you out there that are thinking of taking a break just make sure thats what you want to do.. caus ethe longer you wait the tougher it gets. Its not impossible. just a bit tougher

Well this will be a trap 17hosted site since im not using all of my features thru my current service. so this allowes me to use it up. I already have the forums set up. i just need to find a nice skin. The name of the site I have but I have not yet purchased the domain. So I will not disclose that at this moment.What im looking to do is start a Car restyling site. So im looking for designers who are into modifying vehicles of all kind. It is not the traditional graphic design site, but the concept is the same. I look forward to have design contest for the best modified vehicles. I plan on hosting Weekly contest similar to the SOTW or WOTM. Such as each week we will present a stock car image for altering. and every month we will host the WOTM. all vehicle related. This is not a unique idea. There are very few sites that are doing this and seem to be heading in the right direction. What I plan to do to set us apart is first to present our users with a great layout design. Why this? Well the current site that I have visited has a default VB skin and is not a very pleasing look. Also the site is not managed well by the staff. There is a lot of off topics posted in many sections of the site. The sites banner is also not of great quality. Tho, I still think the site is a good site serving its major purpose, but I do plan to rise above.So I will be looking for designers interested in being a part of the teamas well as looking for people experienced with running a phpbb board and modifying it as well.I will also be in need of a render team.
