I don't really think I have a top 3, but I have a number one. Its the Matrix. Most people wonder why. Its quite simple, I like the matrix not only because of the cool special effects and non-stop action, but this movie explores many deep issues that apply to life today.My best example is when "Smith" is speaking with Morpheus, and he describes the human race as a virus that spreads to survive because of thier lack to form an equilibrium with the enivornment like all other living things. I agree with that statement, but I can't help it because im also a virus like the rest of us = ).

First I just want to say I wasn't sure exactly where to put this, I was wondering if anyone knows any information about a program called First Star Online, what it is, is this: Its a development kit for programming your own mmorpgs, its rather simple and has a large range for support. I know its freeware, and there are several servers running: Foresthaven.tk and terraworld (Don't know the site for it) I am really interested in using it, so if anyone could help me find the devlopment kit i'd really appreciate it XD!Thanks in advance~

the mian problem i have come across with php is that it actually doesn't have alot of real time functionability like java does. I like php and all, but I think I want to actually end up using both. But does java have another form of databasing that is easier then?

How well does java script work with a mysql databse for gaming and such? if not, then what would you recommend for logging in and storing information for an online game and does anyone have links to simple scripts and/or tutorials?

My question is concerning using java and php (mysql databse) together. I was wondering if it was possible or easy to mesh to two. For example, I am working on a text based php game, like so mnay others out there. I want to implement java though, like for mini games. I want java to be able to recognize when logged in and be able to pass variables. Say when a player logs in using php (and mysql), then they log into the java game it can use their user name and edit stats, like gain money and such from the game and have it save to the mysql databse.sorry if my description is a bit awkward.

I love it, the touch screen works perfectly fine, its responsive enough and its not fragile as everyone says it is. I've dropped it several times, i let my little brother play Wario ware, you can't hurt it unless you try to. My favorite feature has got to be the wireless connectivity. I can play with my nieghbor from our own houses, its nice. I recommend you but it, it doesn't really matter where.

Thats what I thought at first.. Nothing in life is free, but this is about as close as it gets. You don't have to pay, you don't really have to work. All you need to do is participate in the Xisto community. Everyone likes chatting and sharing ideas. And heck even complaining. So why not do it and become part of a community and bennefit from its privledges?

Im refering to games that run off of php. i can't actually think of any examples at the moment. If you had ever played Gangsterz2 or SD6 when they were online they would be good examples. But simply they run on a mysql DB. And players can kill monsters or kill each other. All text based of course = )

The color scheme I find is rather blah. It should be something flashy just like the jewelry that is sold. At least thats how my g/f looks at jewerly online, if the sites not flashy and bright she won't look.
