I was bored so I made another button to add to Xisto's collection (took me about 15 minutes).

I've got 3 gmail accounts, and gmail sucks >_>. Yahoo is much better. I have over 100 emails saved and I'm still using 0% capacity. And you don't even need an invite for yahoo .

well, that was a nice SIG you've got there XENON. the colors blend well and i like that lil' planet in the graphics.

How do i design something like that? can someone tell me please?

First, get Adobe Photoshop (7.0 or CS) (it's very expensive so it's usually "aquired" by other means), and then go to some of the sites here:

After a few days of playing around with those tutorials you should be able to make something like that, or better.

 

Also you don't have to advertise the alterfiction thing in your posts, it's advertised right above the shoutbox on every page.

lol guys just use notepad for HTML it takes very little RAM and is just great.

Notepad is great, but sometimes I will use Dreamweaver if something isn't working right because you can preview your work. With notepad you would have to save it, upload it, and then go to your site (it gets annoying). Some HTML editors are just a little more convenient. If I'm just doing a quick change or something I'll use notepad.

I think the lack of multiplayer in GTA 3 and Vice City made it sh*t.

Well maybe because it was only meant to be a single player game? GTA 3 and Vice City are two of the best games I've ever played, and I hate single player games (they were the exception). I usually like online team-based FPS's (for the PC).

I'm currently reading Slaughter-House-Five (for school) by Kurt Vonnegut. His writing style is amusing, and he seems like a very quirky guy. I'm not too far into it, but I gotta finish reading it because I have to read another book for school (a long crappy book ).

3D Max is great for making crazy 3D renders, which photoshop can't really do. Then you would use photoshop to edit and enhance your 3D creations. They are just two programs that compliment each other, and can't really be compared.

Bandwith, uptime, and speed, and ftp (but any good host always has ftp) I think are the most important. I usually don't have files that take up much space, so storage isn't a problem. File size restrictions are annoying, especially if you happen to have one file that's slightly over the limit >_<.

Log in to cPanel and right above all the icons you should see "Please update your contact information here." Then just go there and change your email.

AMD has much shorter pipelines than Intel which means that AMD can do more cycled per clock,  this is why AMD's clock speeds are only around 2Ghz while Intel's are really fast.  Intel has longer pipelines so it requires a much faster clock speed.  This is why AMD can get the same beches when its only at 2Ghz and Intel is at 3.2Ghz.

But really, this arguement is useless. These processors seem to be so closely matched, and it's hard to prove which one is truely superior. As long as it gives me great performance I don't care. BTW, I have an AMD.

A scam that I have recieved a few times in my email is an Ebay impersonation email including pictures of the logos and stuff to make it look official, and it says that there is a balance of $137 on my Ebay account and to send a check to *insert some PO box in Texas*. Now that I think about it, I should have mailed him an old sock or something .

I user Netscape Navigator. I like being able to use tabs, and choosing to open links in new tabs. The favorites can be easily sorted too. I should probably switch to Firefox though >_>.

David Firth is a crazy guy. Salad Fingers is the craziest flash toon I have ever seen. Burnt Face Man is pretty funny, and pwned.nl is just classic.

what do you think about these m'thrf'krs that obviusly don't have anything to do all day? 

These "m'thrf'krs" that program these worms and viruses usually aren't the guys that release them. Most of these guys write their programs, post them on their sites, and let the skiddies download them and use them. The "m'thrf'krs" get to cause as much damage as they can without getting in trouble. It's genius.

Heh, that's the processor my new computer is coming with, AMD 64 3200+. I'm glad I chose it over the Pentium 4. Possibly in a few hours my computer should be here... or possibly a few more days (damn US postal service ). Anyway, I'll get to test it out for myself soon enough.

I spend most of my time on the computer, but when I'm not I spend my time drumming (I'm not crazy, but I'm pretty good) or watching TV . In the winter I ski and snowboard. That's about it >_>, I don't have much hobbies other than the computer.

I kind of stopped playing when 1.10 was released, because it rebalanced all the skills and my old characters were rendered useless. I still login every once in a while to make sure that the characters don't purge.

I use Norton and it seems to work pretty good. I haven't had to wipe my hard drive in years . Before Norton I had to re-install Windows a few times due to viruses and miscellaneous problems.

Well, I most likely install Linux on my next computer, in addition to Windows. I wouldn't call it 'switching' because I would still be using Windows for games and stuff. I definately want to familiarize myself with Linux, because more and more people seem to be using it nowadays, since there are so many different distros.EDIT: Oh, well, I guess I won't be. My wireless router is ONLY compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Stupid Microsoft monopoly .

It's a forum game like the Army System or IBRpg . Not exactly what I call "fun." I can't blame admin for advertising for his affiliates though .

I don't have COD, but my friend has it and I play it has his house. I was kind of dissappointed that it didn't feature classes in multiplayer, unlike Return To Castle Wolfesntein (the game is practially based off of) and Wolfesntein: Enemy Territory. Overall it seems pretty good, I especially like the way all the guns can be aimed realisticly (I don't know how to describe it, but you know what I'm talking about ).I don't know the names of all the maps, but I like the mp_ship, mp_rocket, and the concentration camp map (idk what it is but it looks like a concetration camp). I like the style where you have to capture the radio/keep your radio from being captured. Another fun one is the one that whichever team gets the set amount of kills wins. I don't really like the one where you have X amount of lives.

LMAO... who voted 'HELL NO!'?some people can really hate doom 3...  I saw an anti-doom3 site.

I voted 'HELL NO!'. Doom 3 is way over hyped because of it's graphics. None of the Doom games were very fun. They were very basic FPS with very basic multiplayer mode. Doom 3 is not going to be any different from the previous Doom's. Who cares if the graphics are great if the game is crap?

SmartFTP WOULD be my favorite if it allowed you to upload folders. It's like the best FTP client I've ever used, but it doesn't let you upload folders >_>. I use Filezilla for most of my stuff, but if I only have to update a page or 2 I'll use SmartFTP.
