  1. I wouldn't get involved if I were you. I have no room to talk as I'm pretty antisocial, but, there's this guy that I like a lot because he's so sweet but he has a girlfriend. That girlfriend told him to pierce his lip so he did. Never seen her but I hate her already for telling him to do something stupid. If I were you maybe ask about her a little and if he says that it's nothing maybe you can go a bit further then. Maybe if you can ask, I can ask. Who knows?

  2. I personally believe that religion is important.... Hey, they teach you the opposite way of Christian beliefs in public school so there must be a conspiracy or something with that. Hey, it could happen.... Actually, I have a few friends who are Athiests and believe that when you die you rot and that's it and they smoke, drink, and at 12 have lost their virginity. Most of my church friends are the opposite. Not one of them smoke and definently haven't done anything. Religion is important as it shapes your standards and keeps you human instead of forest animals destroying the world.

  3. I've just fixed my computer from some Spanish Porn virus of something. The thing is, I was really careful- I never opened things from people I don't know, never downloaded any programs, or anything like that. It's not like I visit those kind of sites! ANyway, I've found that Spybot works well against that, but you should keep it updated and Immunized so it can find and kill bad stuff. Spybot also has a resident program that it launches and any register change is presented to you to accept or decline. I've saved my computer several times just because of that....

  4. Alright, here's some background info: I'm not a particularly evil person. I don't spread lies or rumors, I don't talk back to anyone but teachers and parents, I don't pick fights with other students, and most of all- I don't barely talk to them to do anything to them. Now, for the reason I am here. I am one of those passive-aggressive kids in the high school who will do anything to get a good grade and be on the teachers good graces list. The other day in my personal finances class that they're focing me to take anyway as some stupid new requirement for high schoolers graduating in 2010, some of the boys decided to spit spitballs at the teacher and at the wall and tv behind her for the entire hour. Keep in mind that this teacher is a new teacher to the district and is a new teacher in general. It made me want to kill some of those students.Thinking that that is the end of the ignorance, I head to my next hour. I'm sitting in my Science class and this boy turns around and starts to bug me. I am a quiet person and I rather dislike to be annoyed all hour so I politely tell him to turn around and shut up. Does he? Nope. He continues talking until I get into trouble and he's off scot-free! So now the teacher thinks I'm a talkative person that I'm not. I give up that annoyance for a little bit and the next day I've forgotten about it.Too bad it couldn't stay that way! During PE (Physical Education for you unknowing ones) Some girl let the ball through her legs in Softball and then didn't run after it- just watched it roll away.... So I say to the other girl standing next to me, who's a snob anyway, "Wow, that was smart!" and she replies, "Yeah, that was pretty dumb." Obviously she didn't know what I was really saying, so I replied, "I was being Phacesious." (Sorry, can't spell that word at all!) And she says, "You mean Sarcastic?" In a mean way. I wanted to shout IF I HAD MEANT SARCASTIC, I WOULD HAVE SAID SARCASTIC!Does anyone else have annoying brats in their school/work? I just seem to have rotten luck when it comes to people......

  5. Glad you're not hurt as well. I don't know too much about the country itself, so who actually is in charge of that kind of stuf? Is it a private company or a public one? The government or just regular citizens? That would be who you'd need to contact. Maybe you could write a letter or something about it? Sorry, I'm not too good with that kind of stuff.

  6. I used the Yahoo search but it was never all-inclusive.... Now that Google has videos, pictures, and a regular search all is well in the world of websearching. They could improve it by adding links faster to it to be complete faster but that will come later.

  7. I had that problem once. Someone reported me for saying that I hated some people in this world. They said it was "too nagative for their site" I was annoyed. Sometimes people do suck, especially siblings. Hope you find a way to get her back. (I'd opt for e-poison myself... LOL J/K!)

  8. Am I missing something? I've read quite a few responses with words such as, we should be more like the Amish and forgive people for killing peopl... That's way wrong! Why would you forgive someone for killing your heir, you child that you brought into the world and he so rudely took from you! I'm not on the Amish's side at all in that aspect. On the other hand, it was a terrible thing to do even in an urban society like ours much less a peace loving one like theirs. Does anyone know why he did it? That was a terrible thing indeed to do to any community and to any school. As long as it never happens again it'll be fine I guess, but it will becaus ethey forgave him and let him run free. Guess the society will still have to deal with one idiot....

  9. I may be a bit biased but this is something I can relate to. When I'm walking down the hallway at school, I don't want to see someone making out or kissing and groping in fron tof the lockers. Our teachers, so you can see, are quite lenient about the wole thing and they think that it's good to show some from of love in a relationship. My point-of-view is that I don't want to see that! I have a friend who is very timid and such and I walk down a deserted hallway after band on night and I see her making out in front of the windows facing our football field. I'm scarred for life that I saw her and not someone else in her position. That's my take of it. Also, someone was talking about a more mature way. Meeting after school, holding hands (as long as they walk not just stand there,) talking to each other, tastefully sending them notes, taking them on dates out of school, inviting them to dances, and other normal stuff. Sorry if it seems like I'm rambling but that is the one thing that I hate walkignn down the halls in my school every morning.

  10. I seem to have the same problem, (except not on the road.) I don't believe that you're cursed, just that maybe you're thinking to hard on it and then you subconsciously do it anyway. Like you car running out of gas, you think, I don't want anything bad to happen and you were too worried in what might happen than to your gas guage... I really shouldn't be talking as I definently do not drive yet and it might be safer not to in my case. Anyway.... I might just be better to let what happens happen instead of worrying, much like the person before me said, and just concentrate on paying attention to the signs of low gas and other problems. Hope you have better times with your friends.

  11. If I found a million dollars, I believe that I would keep the money right off the back. Just think, if someone is stupid enough to lose a million dollars than they don't deserve to keep it anyway. Anyways, I would probably put 100,000 into my savings account for college. After that, I'd buy the most high-tech and expensive computer systems to replace the old and decript ones that we have now, about a 50,000 dollar cost. Then I'd give 100,000 of it to my father so that they can get a nice house that they are dreaming about. I'd have used 250,000. Next, I'd probably put 350,000 into my savings for later uses leaving me with 400,000. I'd upgrade to the best flute from the best supplier and do the same with my piccolo. I'd probably donate 100,000 to my mom for taking care of me my whole life and then put whatever is left into my savings account. I'd put most of it into a savings account because you figure that you'd have to pay taxes on the amount of money, you may have to get a car before then, and might have some hidden expenses. It's also some insurance when you have a family and need ahouse, food, and other such things.

  12. I believe that you have to be 65-70 to start getting that kind of stuff. You get the social security half that you've saved and they double it because you're an American citizen. At least, that's what they do in Missouri and Connecticut. Along with that you get the retirement plan and stuff so it may seem like some are richer than others and it could be that they just saved more when they were younger. If you want to complain about it you should head to the bank right after you type it or speak it and put money into your savings account for later. Along with that, these people have worked for many years to improve our lifestyle today, I think that the least we can do for them improving America is giving them a $5 discount at some major restaurants and $2 off a movie ticket.

  13. I have very little anxiety and yet I procrastinate as well. It's not a bad thing unless you don't get things finished. As I type my Algebra homework is lying in my back pack due the next Gold day and I'm typing this. As long as you get things done, unlike me, you can actually use it to your advantage when you have more time for fun and a very less stressed.

  14. In my oppinion, first off, probably demanding anything from your parents is a bad idea, that's just a thought... I also believe that parents shouldn't forget about an 18th birthday. Maybe sit down and ask them about it. Hope it all turns out well..

  15. Pet peeves... So many- so little time.- When people pop bubbles with their gum.- When high schoolers read like 1st graders.- When boys flip me off. (Surprisingly one person does it a ton to me.)- People whining about thier homework.- Kids in French class who say Spanish is better.- People calling me smart. (I'm not smart, just learn faster!)- I hate the most when people talk to me for hours on end I just want to read my book or be alone.... (Mostly for cling-on boyfriends..)That's about it.... Pretty picky I guess. It's kind of funny that I've been thinking about this kind of topic here at Xisto and finally someone made it up. Thanks!

  16. Pretty much now, he didn't do it. They have evidence against him actually doing it. He's just one of those sick people who think about one thing until they think that they did it. He also just wanted to get out of going to Thai jail and go instead to american jail that is less harsh. I think that they should give him back to the Thai and let them have their way. He needs to go to jail for lying and that's where he actually belongs. That, and in an assylum where he's not treated too nice but he can get help and not put any false hope on any other cases. Not sure who actually committed the murder, but I know it wasn't him- and it wasn't the parents!

  17. I thought that you had to take English courses to learn English before you entered any American school district.... Obviously not. We're not required to learn a language to graduate but I still take French because there are people who simply only speak that one language. I wish you could take a language that would be a little more useful for the career that I want like Latin, but that's not what my school thinks that I need to know.

  18. I live in the US and I do agree that it is pretty bad here. There are at least a few accidents every morning in the morning commute section of the news. It's pittiful, I do agree with that. Like in New York where I almost got hit by a taxi at the airport so i know what you mean about the bus drivers. We may not have busses but the taxis will get you if you don't pay enough attention!

  19. Yeah. While Missouri is shortening our school year as the years go on. We have abotu 4 months and I would say that e have fine educations thank you. The Japanese know more because they are taught to respect their teachers and we mouth off and then don't pay attention because we're annoyed. I think four months may be a bit much, but I think that 3 months is a good amount. 6 weeks is pretty short, I guess you'll just have to enjoy what you get....

  20. I guess this is just the challenge that you are given in life. People are all given something and that's their conundrum. Have you asked him about it and maybe asked him about consolidating it to be simpler to get more business and better feedback? How can he expect you to do a job that seems to be almost impossible and not want to help you out. He's paying someone else to do it so obviously he wants it done and will answer questions to get that far.

  21. That seems a bit extreme though. The first time, depending on the severity should be a warning. If they kill someone that's another story though, that's murder and they have to go to jail. The second time caught like that and they should give a rather harsh fine and put a mark on their license. On three marks towards their license, just like with tickets, they lose their license and they have to go into required therapy to kill the habit of drinkign and driving. After therapy, if they still have the problem and do it again, then give a harsher fine. After that, you send them to court and they have the potential to get put in jail. Again, if they kill or injure someone at any of the times you drop the program and try them for murder if there's a death and assault is thre's an injury. Doesn't seem to be unconstitutional and it would enforce it and be meaningfull for our society today.
