why don't you use CSS positioning rather than <table> tag try also use XHTML rather than HTML here are some examples how to make it with CSS hope that helps you -
try to make it offline first by using desktop server like vertrigo or apache2triad and then when you satisfied with your installation and configuring your cms options the next step is just edit the server info and upload the whole cms scripts within database to your hosting provider taddaaa!! your blog is ready to use!!
