South Africans are celebrating their first Academy Award win for the gangster film "Tsotsi," which took home "best foreign-language film" honors at last night's awards ceremony in Hollywood. Last year, South Africa's offering, "Yesterday," was nominated for an Oscar but lost out on an award. The two movies crown a revival in local movie-making after years of isolation under apartheid
