The template is great but you didn't make it. Why would you want people to rate something you downloaded and didn't make? Make one yourself and you might get better reviews. As for signing up, post more details about it so to make the site interesting and tell something unique that you can't get at any other site which would attract more users to your site.

I think you sohuld be fine with hosting your own music if you made it.

I wasn't really suprised as it was pretty obvious he was going to win. He is a safer choice from Kerry who changes his mind on what to do which is a bit scarry as one day he wants to go to war and the other he wants peace. Nothing really special. You need to work on your text more as it doesn't really blend in whith the whole signature. But keep making signatures and practicing and you will get better .

Well, HTML is really eas to learn and an easy concept. I would say to learn HTML and than learn PHP as some of the HTML will help you out with your PHP learning as PHP is a bit harder. But yeah you should learn both because they kind of go hand in hand with each other and I would advise you to know both of them to be a good webmaster.
