  1. About runescape, it is possible to attack other players right? How come I can't attack players? Is it because I am not in the right place or will there be an icon or something that will tell me when I am able to attack another player? Sorry I just started runescape and I don't know.

Wilderness. From any f2p area, head north till it's dark/dead ground, a skull in the corner of the the playing area and a DANGER notice.

Cba to read the whole topic, but RS ftw.

  2. If you make your network invisable to those who don't know the names (like the splash screen of XP logon), and give it a password, they have to go through all that before decrypting your messages. Also, you can change the ssl keys or whatever it is. And you can limit what can connect. And you can make it not stretch further than your house. So on a public network, like Starbucks, it's not safe, but home networks can be almost perfectly safe.

  3. Maple Story has pretty much better everything.
Better Graphics (Runescape's looks like some 6-year olds drawings)
Better Skills (Tree Cutting, Mining, etc. are idiotic skills)
Better Movement (Runescape uses the mouse. ick)
Better Quests (Runescape ones are WAY too confusing)
Better Tutorial (Runescapes tutorial wasted 30 minutes of your time)
Better Damage (Woot. 5 damage at level 30)
    Better Sounds (Runescape has sound?)
Better World (You are way too easily confused with Runescape's world)

    But...

    More Hackers
    Less Variety

so... which sounds better? MapleStory has 8 pros over Runescape, and only 2 Vice Versa.

Graphics - Improving all the time.
Skills - Yeah, they are crap. Look at melee, mage, fishing, construction.
Movement - True, but for the world it is, it's enough.
Quests - Theres about 115 quests, and no need to do them.
    Tutorial - So?
Damage - A level 30 can hit 5 in RS too.
    Sounds - Duh.
World - Yeah, it's huge, how is that a bad thing? You need to do quests to get to about a fifth of it.

There's noobs and hackers, easily ignored. Weekly updates.

  4. (no google toolbar yet for Opera lol)

Type g "search words" in the address bar. Then find that in another browser.

    - blocking of "pop-up"s;- support tabs (number of pages in one window);- the built in panel of search in search machines and dictionaries;- so-called "Alive bookmarks" (Live bookmarks) - the mechanism of integration of RSS-streams;- ample opportunities on adjustment of behaviour and appearance- the small size of the distribution kit (nearby 5 MB), * support of set of expansions;- excellent tools for a web-developer;- automatic updating both the browser, and its expansions;

All apart from 6, which I don't understand, are also true in Opera.
Opera is fastest on Windows, in some areas IE7 is faster than FF2. It was the first of many things, like tabs.
