  1. I didn't realize that there was an introduction forum here last night. I'm dalia and this is my first time here at Xisto.. .well obviously. I'm 21 years old and am a student at Brigham Young University. No that doesn't automatically mean i'm lds:P I'm studying linguistics and am learning japanese. I also already speak spanish. I'm hoping to go to japan on a summer internship this year. Let's see what else. . .I like video games, good movies, simpsons + family guy. .. the chapelle show:P, x-treme sports, good art, and japan. If ya wanna know more about me just pm me. Anyone is welcome. good day to u all:)

  2. I really don't like Bush or Kerry. Bush is just really unintelligent and rashly makes desicions without thinking of the consequence, whereas Kerry actually promises to do so much for the United States, which he probably intends on doing right now-but it NEVER going to happen. Kerry sounds like he's just saying a bunch of crap that we want to hear. Well I don't buy it. If it weren't for the fact that voting on a 3rd party candidate is a waste of a vote, I would definitly not vote for either one of them. So everyone, who is the lesser of two evils?

  3. I don't like how Bush keeps changing the reason why the us went to war. First he said that it's because the iraquis had weapons of mass destruction, then when he realized there was none, he said it was because he wanted to free the iraquis, NOW during last night's debate, he said that it was because he wanted to make the usa a safer place to live. He needs to make up his freakin mind and admit that he had no good reason to start a conflict with them that killed so many people and make everyone hate the us so much.

  4. Today Today's a new day, I'm going to start fresh. All of my other days were so much a mess. But no, not today. No, not again. Today won't have the same kinds of sin. Yes, yesterday was bad, but today is brand new. The sun is shining-the clouds are so few. I can't make the same mistakes that i've made before. I will not walk through the misery of that wide open door. I wrote this as a reminder to learn from my mistakes.

  5. Has anybody been to body worlds? There some in europe and for the first time they have one in the us in los angeles California. I just want to know what the experience is like because I'm hoping that my boyfriend will take me there soon. For those of you that don't know what it is, it's a museum in California that exhibit real dead bodies on display. The dead bodies were all donated by the people themselves. here's a quote that I read in the newspaper

"A pregnant woman lies on her side with a hand behind her head as if posing for a nude photograph. But her dead body isn't the only thing exposed. Her heart, intestines and 8-month-old fetus are visible as well.

The woman was one of more than 200 people who donated their cadavers for use in "Body Worlds: The Anatomical Exhibition of Real Human Bodies," which makes its U.S. debut Friday at the California Science Center. "

here's the link if you all wanna know more about it.

  7. Hmmm, The sports that I like to do to stay in shape is swim or run. But I'm not good at either one. The sports that I love to watch on tv the most are x-treme sports though. I can't do them at all, but they seem really fun and cool. I think 21 is a little too old to start learning how to do extreme skating and stuff though :)

  8. Well right after graduating, I"m going to go to Japan to teach english and to learn the language better myself. I'm already studying japanese at my college. After Japan i'm going to teach in spain because I know spanish already. With these languages I'm hoping to get a good government job in the usa. I attend byu, which is a great language school and school of ethics SO many companies have already ask to hire me for after I go to japan and spain. going to byu really helps someone get a carreer really quickly.

  9. I liked the movie, but the plot holes ruined it and made me lose the reality. One plot hole that bothered me was, remember when the guy was trying to prove to his cell mate that he was sent by god. Well when he went to the past and made marks on his hands, if there werent a plot hole, his cell mate would've just said. .. what are you talking about those were there the whole time. I mean, if the guy went to the past, he would've had those marks all his life and his cell mate would've never knew that they weren't there before. Anyway this is just one of many plot holes that ruined the otherwise good movie for me.

  10. The American Adversiting really ruined it for this moving. They advertised it as a romantic comedy and actually said it was made by the same person as Run Away Bride. yuck! luckily I read bizarre magazine which is always right about good movies and they said it was really good. So despite the horrible american advertising my boyfriend and I went and were SHOCKED as to how incredibly good and funny it was. This movie is a must see for all zombie lovers as well as comedy lovers. Although the first 10 min were hard to understand as i wasn't used to the accent yet:P

  11. I also really like Anne Rice's books. I love her dark alternate universe where she writes as if homosexuality were normal and stuff. Sometimes she'll have her characters actually take credit for the books she made in her stories. I think she's interesting. What do You all think?

  12. I prefer to read manga than watch anime. Well actually let me correct that, I prefero to read manga to american anime:P For example, Dragonball. . .the manga is so freakin funny, but the american anime is kind of boring and cheesy. I'm learning japanese so reading the mangas in hiragana is pretty fun. It's not as interesting because I have to have a dictionary with me all day:)

  13. These are a few Ya mama jokes I heard when I was a kid. Ya mama's so poor, she has to use a fork with cereal to save on milk:PYa mama's so poor, when I saw her kicking a can, I asked her what she was doing and she said she was moving. Ya mama's so poor, when I stepped on a cigarrete on the ground, she said why did you get rid of my heat. blah, that's all i can think of for now,. I'll write more when I think of them :)

  14. Ok the number one game ever is final fantasy six Japanese Version. I mean games back then actually had good story lines. Even the american version water-ed it down. the game also had awesome music, and fighting system. Today People just focus way too much on graphics and making it easy to beat. Anyways I won't go into so much detail about the next two.1. final fantasy 62. suikonen 23. thousand arms

  15. I useto have to have all of the latest consoles ever since I was a child until I went to college. When I was in highschool my playstation and 64 took all my attention and my homework was just ignored. So when i first went to college, it was a wise decision to never buy anymore consoles or even bring the ones i had. I became less dependant on games though which was good. My boyfriend however is still getting all the latest consoles and it's because I'm buying them for him as gifts. I'm kinda making myself an excuse to by them I guess :) He owns let's see. . .around 10
