  1. I have both Firefox and IE in my PC and I've been using both for the past few months. Some sites just looks better with IE. In short here is the pros and cons for both browser IMHO:-IE--Pros- Easy to use, computer beginners will go for this- Browser starts up faster than Firefox- Some sites looks nicer with IE- More flexible vulnerabilities patchesCons- No tabbed browsing- Popup blocker only for SP2 version- Renders pages slower- Plugins can get cumbersome sometimesFirefox--------Pros- Tabbed browsing, no doubt- Renders pages extremely fast- Intergrated Google search- Skinnable- Cool "Find" feature- Tons of plugins to enhance Firefox, easy to install tooCons- Loads slightly slower than IE- Sometimes display certain pages can be "off"- Vulnerabilities patch releases not as prompt as IE- Could be slow on slower older computers, resource taxingMy conclusion is both browser has it attaraction and weakness. But Firefox can be "tweaked" to your own taste. Enjoy.FYI - MS Vista (Codenamed: Longhorn) will be releasing IE 7 which supports tabbed browsing & enchanced popup blocker. Looking forward to it.
  2. PS3 to launch at under $400; will ship with media bundle http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Looks like the next generation console was is gonna be very stiff. I think Sony's decision to penetrate the Blu-Ray DVD technology market is a bit aggresive. Are they doing this with anti-piracy in mind? I think selling it under $400 (undercosted) would not benefit Sony at all. In the long run if Sony wish to increase the price to gain profit, they'll lose customers. And I don't think selling dev kits & accessories, online gaming etc. will justify for their loss. But either way, we consumers are happy about this. What do you think?
  3. hey chill out spy_charlyconret is right there are still alotta girls out theredon't give up on a forest just because you lost a tree
  4. Nothing is perfect, everybody knows that but rather, "who fits the lock".When you find a man/woman, it's like you're looking for the key to your lock.If the key fits... good for you. If it don't, don't force, it will only damage the keyhole. (where am I going with this...)Also, the perfect partner does not necessary to be the same interest as you.I have a couple whose personality is a total (I mean ABSOLUTE) opposite from each other. One like chess the other like sky diving. He liked classic, she digs rock n roll.Yet they've been together for 6 years now as far as I know. Why? It's because they do things together. They have arguements yes, but thats the thing that holds the relationship together. You don't feel bored with each other in the long run.I'm going nowhere with this... Like Simba sings "Love Will Find a Way"
  5. ahh Rareware, one of the best game makers out thereMy first game from Rareware (now just Rare) was on SNES - Donkey Kong Country series. That game really defines platform. I remember replaying the stages over and over again & still not get bored. Much better than Ratchet & Clank quality. Then they released Killer Instinct. My god, I bought 2 spare joypad for my SNES just for that game. So many combos, combo breakers, the possibilities are endless.I just sticked with these games on SNES for 8 sick monhs until it died on me. Didn't play any console games since then. Studies and work tied me down.the good old days.........
  6. I've worked in a FEDEX call centre before, we had nicknames for our rivals: DHL - Deliver Half-way Lost UPS - Undelivered Pending Shipment I'm no longer working there, but IMHO, i think FEDEX is the best out there. The online shipment tracking system is very close to being real-time. DHL & UPS is having a hard time keeping up to be frank. One of my friend had the worst experience with TNT. I'll let his pictures do the talking:- Oooh.... Helloooo there......... OMG..... Poor guy......
  7. Unless you wish waste some money and but this to someone you hate. Happy Christmas shopping.
