Ok well im trying to make a layout for a Fansitesite. But im not sure how to code it. Im having a little troble with it. It's a Theme. And im trying to organize everything. So it's does not look like crap. Here's an example of how my layout would look like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

I use Gimp.It's not bad i guess.But i prefer using Photoshop. I also sometimes use Photofiltre but just to make blends.=D

i think Macromedia Dreamweaver is very well for the beginner, but again idk about the other ones.

I think one of the reasons we're all crowded at Xisto is because we obviously want free hosting. If any of us had been able to pay, I'm sure we would be looking more at paid hosting sites.

In my opinion i would never personally use any program like this as the police are starting to trace people and the companies are suing for copyright infringement.

To be honest, I don't care where we come from. I just need to know where I'm heading. I like to live life, just as I am, I don't need an explanation of who I am or what I'm 'made of'. I mean, what would you get out of knowing where we come from? Sure, you know it now, but does it make you different from before you knew? Does it make you any bit different?

When I was younger I liked one like that. It had 90 million pop ups when you visited it, and the ads would spam you all over the page. The links were animated with flash and when you wanted to go to a different page, the links would lag you. But, then again, I just liked going there for the new updates and stuff.

Well i think you can go the place you bought it and tell them what happemd. they will probably exchange it for a new one.

Is there any way that i can go like a hosting site and show them that as an example of my work. Will that prove that i can run a site and get a free domain? Please i need help. well, i honestly dont know if i believe or not, i dont think i ever will.
