That's easy.. i use phpBB in Portuguese so what i'll type here may be not samely as the english version:go to the admin area on yours phpBB(http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/). On the menu(left side) click on "Copy Database", choice your configurations and clicl on "Backup"... now u have a file with phpBB backups, go to the new admin phpBB area, in the left side click on "Restore Database", select the file and click on "Restore". Good way to do a password, but it can do easily manually. To make very secure password I put some capital letters and if the server doesnt deny i put some characters out of alphanumeric

Heloo!! I have to admit one thing: japanese people are very creative.They invent loads of interesting things and modern stuffs that make our lifes easier, but I also have to admit that some of those are useless! This air-conditioned cloth is not useless at all, it have some purpose. We have to agree that it migth be a litlle bit weird, in my opinion at least!!! I could never walk away from streets wearing this kind of cloth. But... everyone has your own opinion... that's mine!In other hand, the idea of an air-conditioned bed is really great and useful! I don't know in Japan, but in warm countries like Brazil, where summer nigths are very hot, it would be great. So I hope Japanese keep inventing things like that, because we cannot denay that they are a technological potency in the world!=)

hummm... i prefer and use FireFox, i think that microsoft is too "relaxed" with ther customers.. well they did an update with 5 years =/ (yes, they update for securitys and etc.. but not the entire browser) they only do the internet explorer 7 cause the firefox is growing up too fast.. and are affecting the microsoft's browser...firefox renewed the browser's concept, with navigation by "borders" and more... i think that they are too creative.. and about microsoft, i think that they just copied the "idea" of mozilla's browser...well.. i prefer the Mozilla FireFox hehehe

you're right, the computer system grew up, but with this up comes many problems and the biggest problem, in my opinion, is the comfort of all windows user... think about, before u had to know so much things about everything, like programming, etc.. today u only have to know to put into move mouses and no more... its too easily that people leaves the real knowledge..for me computers is to learn, learn and learn... after all no one knows all about this wonderfull machine.. always have something to learn.. and the massive people dont see this.. for the majority this is to play games(i wont say that i dont play too, i have my fun times) talk with another people and its all... well, if the DOS predominate at the time may be people uses the computer for more interesting things.

the best way is doing manually, because this way u learn more and faster.. try to do what weaponX said.. to do this(if u dont know) open the registry editor(click on Start -> Run... then type regedit and enter) search the entries that u want to delete and do this..

but if u cant do this try to use some programs that do for u... the best what i know is Marcos Velasco RegClean, thats a brazilian program, but haves the english version ("http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/") and another language version (spanish, portuguese(Portugal), french, italian, etc) and for deficient appearances too (just to know.. hauihish) [http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/].

well on the saturday i actived the forum of my website.. thats OK, but today when i try to open the forum this returned this msg:

"Cannot find "http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/;

 

DNS Error - Server cannot be found"

 

i have only 1,86 days credits.. thats the problem?

 

p.s: thats all right with my dns server.

One problem That i keep havving with Ftp is that it constantly disconnects whenever i stop transfering files. In a matter of 30 secs after my last file it just disconnects and its gettting really annoying having to type everything in again every two minutes. Is there anyway to keep the connection ALIVE. Does anyone know of an ftp that always keeps the connection?

Cyber to fix your problem use ie 6 to connect by ftp.. just put "http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/; on the link bar.. this doesnt works for ie7 case this dont show the page as a folder =/
