New Computer? Need opinions
Techno1405241546 replied to xboxrulz1405241485's topic in Hardware Workshop
Your PC you have right now is almost as good as mine...If you are a gamer then upgrade is recommended to play the latest games. (eg Halo2 and Farcry 3) Your planned rig would handle these quite well however, the graphics card could be upgraded too. I understand you have a limited budget but just from my experience. I recommend nVidia 7xxx or 8xxx series. If it's just for general use then upgrading the video card isn't necessary -

I'm A Little Lost: MapleStory Or RuneScape ?
Techno1405241546 replied to cassie1405241527's topic in Computer Gaming
I play maple story, but it is very time consuming so I don't have much time to play. (almost never now) It takes hours to level... especially at high levels... I currently have a level 46 Ice/Lightning wizard on Bera. My brother has these accounts: 40dit,94sader,27warrior,25wrrior,21bowmen,24mage,23 theif,15 mage......... o.O -

Which Search Engine Do You Use The Most?
Techno1405241546 replied to prolifik's topic in Computer Networks
Google all the way. It has a nice clean interface and usually gives alot of results that are relevant. I have even been able to use google to find people from my school etc XD -
"Orcon has signed a NZ$30 million deal with Siemens to roll out VDSL2 in 2007. Orcon's network will cover Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Hastings, Napier, Tauranga, Hamilton, Dunedin, Nelson and New Plymouth with "packages of broadband, video services, internet television and a phone line for $50 to $60 a month" NZ HeraldThis is good to hear as in New Zealand, A home phone line costs $45 per month and the internet is about $50 a month for an ADSL FLS down 128kbps down with 16GB bandwidth... 16GB isn't hard to use up for someone who downloads alot. I'm guessing I will have to buy a VDSL2 modem but it'd be worth it. Any countries that already have it?

Vista Rocks
Techno1405241546 replied to blackandwhiteentertainment's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Vista seems to be better than XP in a way, but a few programs are incompatible... from my experience. The features though are definately alot better
