Google Introduction What was Google doing before it became this big?
Green Tea replied to iGuest's topic in Search Engines
What's sort of weird though is that some other search engines were so much more older, but doesn't have nearly as much success as Google. Google is now like...a model for all other search engines that want to become successful. -
Has Anyone Bought The Video iPod ? So should you buy one?
Green Tea replied to iGuest's topic in Science and Technology
I would love an Ipod Video. I currently have an Ipod Mini. I've owned it for about 2 years now...the battery life is starting to wear thin. I also have a lot of music. So I have to be constantly deleting old songs from my Ipod to add on to new songs. Which is a huge pain in the butt. Also, you can now watch video podcasts on your Ipod Video. !!How awesome would that be? Being able to watch AND listen to podcasts on your Ipod. AND having enough space for lots and lots of songs. -
If you want to look for more free hosts, (this is where I found Xisto) There's a directory, and in the introductory paragraph, click on Free web hosting search It appears as a link. Here's the site: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ It has bunches and bunches of free sites with reviews, etc. You can choose what type of hosts you want and what they offer when you click on the Free Web Hosting Search link

Forum Buttons. A few forum buttons i have created/edited
Green Tea replied to -Battery-'s topic in Websites and Web Designing
I like the edit and quote button. But all the animation with the colors...It's a cool effect but is way too busy to be just a regular button on the side. If you really like the changing colors, make the colors less...bright. When switching colors. Do it slowly. And, maybe if you only switched colors slowly for the border, that'd look cool. The font for the other four(besides the edit and quote), if made smaller and less bold would look better I think. -
Solar System To Have 12 Planets

WOAH. So wouldn't that mean every single textbook we've ever read in school is wrong? I just did a presentation on Pluto for my school's science class. It feels sort of weird now though because I could have done nothing. -
I would suggest trying it out on your computer first. And then publishing it. As wallpaper, everything looks overwhelming. All those colors and the effects are sorta scary looking...for wallpaper, colors that's simple, easier, and less harsh on the eyes often appeal more to people.

But isn't the handless phone just sort of like Bluetooth? You have it wirelessly attached to your actual phone, and everything IS voice activated. You can control the volume, call people, pick up the phone, put people on hold. The only thing is though that it has to be within like...30 feet of your phone. I have one and it's great quality. But most of the time, I just use my normal phone. The Bluetooth is just way too small and I feel as if I'm talking to air (as some people suggested above)

I don't think that lime green and black are particularly suitable colors if you want people to stay on your site for too long. That usually hurts the eyes. Choose nice pastel-ish colors would be the best I think. Keeping the font black, dark blue, dark green is always good. With the background a lighter color of the font looks nice particularly. It would also depend on the content of your site.

It's sort of pointless though if you think about it. It can't really carry much stuff. But I suppose it is sort of good for those that can't really afford much or just want the Nano not because for vast amounts of music but for the fact that it looks awesome.

My First Cover Of Novel to constructive comment.Plzz...~~.
Green Tea replied to oKaRi's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
I don't see anything wrong with this picture. It looks great! Doesn't look very rough at all, I like the red detail line around the people. The words at the top and the bottom are hard to read, but it's not really necessary for them to be readable since you already show the title in the middle of the book cover. -
Man Struck By Lightning & Blames iPod
Green Tea replied to dhanesh1405241511's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Shows how free of a country America is. Giving you the right to be angry at your I-pod for getting electrocuted. It's like blaming a chair if you stub your toe on it. which if you think about, is what most people do... -
What Keeps You Occupied On The Internet?
Green Tea replied to harriko's topic in Websites and Web Designing
It does get a little bit boring sometimes. but most of the time, for me, it's just E-mail, Myspace, check out your own site, play a few cheesy games and get off. or, if you really have nothing to do, go to Youtube. that site'll probably keep you entertained enough for a few hours. -
My Logo Here is a logo for my website
Green Tea replied to warallthetm's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
The picture at the top is really good, but the words at the bottom look a bit harsh. The lines look a disoriented. Maybe try for the words at the bottom to be a bit smoother along the edges and better resolution?
