  1. ohhh, dude if ur toping 80 degrees C ur going to burn ur cpu to bits. u should really under clock it to make it run less hotly. the norm. for all cpu's out there right now is about 60 tops. anything over that ur pushing it, mind u there are some exeptions. also just to let u know for about every 10 degrees less ur doubleing ur cpus lifespan!so thats why people overclock cpus when there at the end of there usefullness, i did it to mine just becouse i felt like seeing how hot it could be
  2. my personal favorite is newegg.comiv used them numerous times and never once have i ever benn dicapointed. the only time i was mad is when a case i ordered came with a little crack in it. but it wasnt neweggs fault it was the maker of the case. so i called them up and they payed for it to be sent back to them and they sent me a new one free of charge. i have used zipzoomfly.com but i was disapointed that there shipping wasnt as up to par with newegg. plus i aculyed payed more for the part then i would have had at newegg with shipping. but thats ok also i have used ebay to buy some parts this is NOT recomended. every time i have the part was a fluke and was ether not really the posted one or just plain broken. if you are going to buy something from there make sure its something that cant be broken or fryed!
  3. holy crap what are they cooling that with? the only thing i can think of is nitrogen! then how did they EVER get it to be stable! my friend has a xp-90c with his presscot 680 and we couldnt get it to be stable at 4.2 Ghz. that pc must play games like the dickens! well offcourse if they had 2 7800gtx oced thats the only thing i can think of that wouldnt be bottle necked
  4. 1) they are so over priced u can build a pc on alian ware for $1.5k and if u look at the acul parts and just goto newegg.com or something u could build the same sytem for $800 less! iv done it. 2) Alian ware uses lower quality OEM (and for all u non computer people out there, that means just the peice not the box or manul and somtimes warrenty) 3) they use water cooling (which is why they over heat) water cooling is cool but its not for gaming. its for the casual person who doesnt push there pc. the type of person who doesnt like to hear sound. but as we all gamers who build computers out ther know the sound means its IS being cooled. we dont our components being fried to nothing. the only thing i can say for alianware is that there customer support isnt THAT bad, not as bad as dell.
  5. ok heres the low down on the console vs the pcconsoles are just bunch marks in the growth of the pc, they always come out with a bench mark of that years averge gaming pc sure its cool but a year or two later consoles get out dated, but pc are always being updated so ur never "the best" stuff for u pc no matter hyow much u spend thats the only down side on owning a pc but if ur on a buget then the console is ur "ace in the hole" they are cheap (compaired to a pc the ps3's cost is nothing) reliable (becouse u dont have to worry about over heating ( but as we found in the xbox360 we do ) also u dont have to be computer smart to use it. so realy there is no differnce, it just matters on how ur buget is and how much of a geek u are, we all have a little geek in us.
