I don't think that report is legitimate. In fact, I don't even think someone can live past 115 years. Studies show, one out of a billion people will live to grow past 110 years. So to me, this is just a made up story. Think about it this way. It is possible that someone will sprout a tooth at age 125. It is not probable that someone will sprout a tooth at age 125.

I'm ashamed to say, but I used to do really stupid things in school. I once sprayed someone with deodorant in the locker room, called a teacher a sucker for not giving me a referral, and various other half-minded things. And sadly, I've got in trouble for every one of them. I mean, every time they'd just call my parents and send me home. They even singled me out from the five hundred other students who get referrals and sent me home and gave me a detention, additionally. First of all, my parents have jobs. If they can't make money, our family won't be able to afford to live in such an economy we have. My parents can't just take off work two or three times a month. Their bosses have limits, if my parents have to continually take off from work, they'll get layed off or fired. All due to some very little things like urinating on the toilet seat. What I really don't like about the education system in America is that if you do some really little thing, the principal adds on to it to make it seem more serious. In fact, when I sprayed someone with deodorant, the counselor told my mom that I urinated on someone! And when my mom couldn't pick me up since her boss didn't let her, the counselor told me to "yell at my mom for not doing so." What kind of heartless people would treat a child worse than an animal? Making half-hearted demands to turn against the most important people to me in my life, just because they can? Let me tell you something, I've missed a lot of assignments that mattered to me. And all because of their unrealistic, ideal expectations that kids should act more maturely than adults. And my mom, in essence, told me to kiss their *bottom* so they wouldn't vent out their anger towards me. In fact, the psychiatrist told my mom that she has to support her child. She has to be my advocate and teach me that what they're doing is wrong. And that I have every right to be upset with them. Let me tell you something I tell many people: I had ADHD. It was a medical condition. This is why I am disgusted by all teachers and their "zero-tolerance." If I see a teacher acting like this and I didn't know better, I'd think, "So this is how all teachers treat their students." Have a thought about that.

Actually, I have experienced the symptoms. ADHD has gotten me in a lot of trouble at school in the past. And the drugs I'm taking (Concerta) isn't meant to harm you. If you have ADHD, it's meant to help you. My mom was quite concerned about me taking this. But the psychiatrist calmed her down and explained everything to her. I've recently taken my pill and I've never felt better. I can finally think correctly, control my movements, and access my brain to my full potential. However, for some, it can be a down-side.I've heard some horror stories of people hallucinating as a result of Ritalin. And Concerta has a one percent chance of affecting your mood. Some kids cry and stuff after this. But still, if worse comes to worse, the side effects still isn't as bad as those using illegal drugs. I've learned in health class that some people die the first time they use it. And in another that induces hallucination, some people experience the worst time in their life all over again. Surprisingly, illegal drugs aren't "illegal" in different countries. I've heard that if you go to a coffee house pub in Germany, they serve them.Anyway, some doctors overprescribe Ritalin/Concerta. A normal amount of hyperactivity is healthy for some children. But if it reoccurs and you really can't contain your movements, then that's when you need to be tested. Psychologists know what they're doing. It isn't like for every one kid that really needs Ritalin, they assign 10,000 other kid that don't.If you think you have ADHD, my advice is to get tested. It gives you another chance, and an opportunity to change.

You have to take the box, send it to the phone company, and then the phone company you have the contract with gives you the rebate. If they take the price off from the beginning, they aren't the ones reaping the profit. How about not selling it. Honestly, just display the price or forget about it. Yeesh, what are they thinking? Probably hoping the customer will see an opportunity to score a good deal and buy it. Also, they aren't very clear on their intention for providing free cell phones, leaving some customers thinking in the dark. When I first browsed their page, I originally thought it was like those, "Free iPod" deals. But it really isn't.And no, I haven't gotten my rebates yet. Hoping to soon, maybe.

People are, by nature, mystical. I mean, when I was little, I was scared of the Boogeyman (not the wrestler) but that was when I was little. I just recently got a Motorola V3 RAZR cell phone from http://www.letstalk.com/. The price tag said, "Free." Let me warn you, it really wasn't free. You have to pay for the phone and then they give you rebates and stuff, which then equals free. But by signing up for a free cell phone from that company, it constitutes agreement in paying for a yearly contract for your cell phone to be able to call people. So I scored a deal, they get paid by the phone distributor, the phone company (mine's T-Mobile) gets the money, everyone wins! One thing though, their customer support isn't that great. Let me rephrase that, it's like America Online. After getting the phones, I ordered Bluetooth and haven't gotten it since. Complaining to the support line didn't help, they just gave me the cold shoulder. Anyway, at least I got a free phone. My service rating is -5/10. However, my overall rating is 7/10. I'm quite generous.

A psychiatrist recommended me to test for Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder and my mom decided, "Okay, why not?" I've already been to the optometrist, the doctor, taken a physical examination, got a shot, the dentist, etc. Might as well use the break to run some errands. Anyway, the psychologist diagnosed me with ADHD and sent me back to the psychiatrist for her to prescribe me medication. I'm going to take Concerta tomorrow morning.ADHD has two sub-symptoms. Symptoms are usually shown during first, second and third grade. The first is inattentiveness (also known as attention-deficit-disorder: ADD) and the second is hyperactive (Attention-Deficit-Hyperactive-Disorder: ADHD). I have sub-ADHD, I scored very well on the TOVA test. ADHD is mostly due to genetics. However, studies are showing it can be due to eating habits or excessive Internet/television/video game use. The mind of an ADHD-diagnosed person is one minute the kid can control his actions and the next, the dude's mind flashes off and he/she begins to run around doing things without self-control.The treatment for ADHD is both the same, both can be treated with Ritalin or Concerta (what I'm going to take). Ritalin has to be taken twice a day since the effects pike up really high and goes down. However, Concerta is consistent and lasts for eight hours throughout the day. The side effects of Concerta are drowsiness and dizziness. I don't know about Ritalin.Anyway, that's pretty much all I can recall about ADHD.

I had Norton Antivirus Professional Edition a few years ago. Didn't even bother renewing. The reason I don't like Antiviruses is because one, I never use email and two, it doesn't protect you from spyware. Adware, to me, is more intrusive and more irritating than viruses. Plus, spy programs are so easy that I believe even an eight-year-old kid can set up a keylogger. I've tried it, I mean I messed up, but now I know more about it than if I didn't. It's so easy. Just look up Google for a fully-functioning keylogging program, buy it, edit the name, send an email to someone with the logging-attachments and wait until the victim opens it all up. But you have to hide it with a password so they won't know you're spying on them.

Quite surprisingly, around five million people here can't read past the eighth grade level. Studies have shown that here. One thing I find that causes that is our traditional relay television watching. Television takes our attention off things. We're most likely doing something else. And also, people that represent themselves on TV are really ignorant, trying to assign blame to others. But nevertheless, english is our primary language. Not understanding "SAT words" still doesn't change that fact. Not really elitist. "L33t sp33k" would imply the annoying use of symbols and numbers and pretending you're better than everyone else. Plus, an elitist board is generally built up of hacker wannabes, which really isn't the case here. I don't see Xisto as elitest, rather just a little bit pretentious. Please don't take offense to this, I don't mean it that way. Grammar is important. People do look to that as a first impression in judging your work. I just meant that grammar shouldn't be the know-all-end-all concept of professionality. There should be more to that too. I don't feel like an outcast here. I kind of like it at Xisto. But I don't think everything should be layed out as a gradual progression. Digressing is a tool that most professional writers will do. Most books do digress. They don't just choose a point and walk with it throughout the novel. Digression sometimes brings good points into a discussion. It takes things people can relate with and overall makes everything more memorable. In fact, the use of humor grasps a lot of attention by your audience. It's a great start to any sentient post. It leads your readers to your thoughts. It expands upon everything. And it can be easily done too. Humor occurs when you connect two unlike things that no one else can believe connectable. I am a native english speaker. I live in a place where english is used commonly. I know, common American stereotype (especially from Britain) calls for Americans being really pointy. We even have our own lingo, saying "like" after every two words. But all that doesn't matter. I do agree, english is an art. Except not the art you're thinking. Oftentimes, people here believe that using hard works like aforementioned makes your paper "decent." Granted, this works in college essays but normal people won't understand it. Why can't we just say previously mentioned? And why are our sentences so long? Syntax doesn't make a paper good. Professional really doesn't mean breath-taking. Art breeds emotion. I find that good papers touch on people's hearts. But that's just my opinion.

I honestly don't think grammar or commas matter. Even at the slightest. Some language arts teachers are really strict about this nowadays. Most of them believe that if all the commas aren't in the right place, it means that your paper isn't very good. They don't care about voice, humor, or how moving it is. If you just add some long, flowery words, or if you're spelling is good, they'll think it's a good paper. That annoys me.
