  1. hey thanks! so imagemagick is actually supported but what is the path to it? cos during the installation of coppermine there's a field that requires you to fill in the path to imagemagick.
  2. does this host support imagemagick? if it does what is the path to it?cos i need it to set up a coppermine photo gallery actually, is GD version 2 better or imagemagick better as the image processor?
  3. i am inspired by the design of Macromedia website. i like the gradient in the background and the overall high tech silver finish look of the page. the content is also precise and neatly organised into tables. most importantly, the page is very fast-loading since there are few graphics on the index page. anyone knows where to get a template that looks similar to this?
  4. hahaha! quite funny actually! its amazing what people could do while they are agitated... was he fired in the end?
  5. thats part of their 10th anniversary gimmick. they are trying to win a larger share of the browser market, and probably take over firefox, haha!i am using opera 8.5 now and i like its speed but its features are somewhat overloaded, very hard for beginners to learn...
  6. actually you can just register a hosting account here and set up coopemine photo gallery, and viola! you got your own unique photo gallery, provided you dun exceed the bandwidth...
  7. gmail rocks! are they still planning to increase the inbox space every day? at this rate there would be at least 3gb of space 1 year later! hotmail is not so good in the fact that it only offers 250mb of space to USA residents... but its virus protection features are quite reliable.yahoo mail is not bad, but still can't compare to gmail, haha!
  8. i think the best way to make your site more unique is not to use those free website templates that have been proliferating throughout the net and making websites more and more similiar. if you are good you can design your own website or else just search the net for paid website designers. also do not rely on too much external content such as those free news tickers, quotes of the days, jokes etc...just be original and always remember to add new content to your site regularly to draw the visitors.
