  1. PDF files are kind of tricky, because some computers have trouble with older versions or newer versions, I know that a lot of free-hosting websites have auto-downloads for PDF files instead of opening it up. I posted this website in a free web-site hosting post but I think it'll help you as well. Free Web Hosting It's got a website that has file hosting, mostly images but there are a lot of websites that deal with pdf files, psd, and things like that. Even MP3's and larger video files. Another way to get the file to download automatically through clicking, is zipping it into a .ZIP file. That's the best way to send any kind of information on the internet in my opinion. Not only does it compress the actual file, but it also comes with funky things like allowing you to simply view it, or open it or remove it, etc. It's helpful and a lot of sites in the Web Hosting site I posted above work with .zip files marvelously. I once zipped an entire 20MB video and set it up on one of the free image hosting web sites, and had tons of my friends download it without any problems. I really recommend doing that. Good luck, maybe someone else can help you if I didn't understand the question completly.
  2. A lot of those quizes are on individual diary entires, and MySpace, Blogger, LiveJournal websites. Quizzila.com might have some quizs like that, but your best bet might be AskJeeves.com. I can't remember where, but when I was doing a project for school once I was studying the effects of Forwarded E-mails, and I had found a really good website that has a bunch of repetitiously forwarded e-mails. They had it all categorized by quizes, 9/11 e-mails, love and romances e-mails, luck emails and then of course the obligatory comedy e-mails. I know there are websites out there, I just wish I remembered the website address.
  3. All the systems are going hard-disk and being internet accessible, it's wild how we've gone from Atari and Sega Genesis/Super Nintendo, to things like XBOX 360, Nintendo Revolution, and the upcoming (and very exciting) Playstation 3. Eventually the game stations are going to be so hi-tech you won't even need a seperate computer, you'll be able to do everything you could on a Windows or Mac, that you can on a PS or XBox. Heck, even the PSP and Nintendo DS have features like Word Pad, and messaging systems. It's insane how far it's all become and how the industry has changed from a simple gaming experience to a sudden impact on the internet world. Pretty soon you'll be able to play your favourite game while talking to your friends on the internet, your boss at work and explaining to him why you are sick today, and at the same time watch T.V or a movie! I've been anticipating PS3 since PS2 came out and I hope it's user-friendly as it's brothers. Hopefully you'll still be able to play PS1 and PS2 games on it. That was definitly my favourite aspect of the new PS2. I loved being able to still use my old PS games. Anyone have any other news on the developments?
  4. I don't think anyone really needs free image hosting with 3Gigs of space, but I figure if you want to cut down on bandwidth and perhaps have a good place to upload test images before doing it up to your actual website, you might also find a good mirror site if you need downloads. So I'll post this website here, since it's got a lot of good websites that can help out anyone with a new domain that wants to cut down on abusing the bandwidth unncessarilly. Free Image Hosting The main site has some free webhosts as well, so I'll give you that address too. You never know it might help some other people out. Free Web Hosting I use it a lot for my photoshop tests. I'll edit what I want to do, then host it up on one of the free image hosting sites, then after I get it right and perfect I'll upload it to my actual site, just so I don't have to keep deleting it out of my databases, etc. Always helpful and keeps your website db free and neat of unnecessary test garbage.
  5. Roleplaying games I think are amazing for their stories. I don't know about everyone else, but I think an RPG with a good story is more important than an RPG with good graphics. Story is above all the most pivitol point of any RPG, in my mind atleast. My way of thinking is, Story > Game Play > Graphics. That's what I look for atleast. And there are a lot of hidden gems for the old systems. I think Playstation is definitly the king of RPG's for the game console. N64 - Zelda: Ocarina Of Time (Of Course) OgreBattle 64 (Amazing RPG/Strategy!) Playstation - Lunar: Silver Star Complete (BEST GAME STORY EVER.) Legend Of Legia Final Fantasy (ALL) Brave Fencer Mushashi Lunar: Eternal Blue PC - Diablo II Diabloe II Expansion Playstation 2 - Hack // Sign Part 1-4 (Astounding Game Story, Game Play and Graphics!) Final Fantasy (Continued) There are so many more, but I definitly think that PlayStation is the El Presidente of RPG games in the virtual world. They have everything and I don't think they can make an RPG that someone doesn't love.
