  2. Dungeon Keeper II is an uber-cool game.Did you know that if you get to many Mistress units it says "Keeper, you have many mistresses, there is a name for keepers such as yourself."And if it is really late at night "Secret Dungeon Keeper tip : GO TO BED!"
  3. I have no best game as such, just one from each genre.FPS : Unreal Tournament, original. Great game, no contest.RPG : Baldur's Gate I for the story, it narrowly beat out Diablo II's massive gameplay senseless fun.RACING : Mariocart 64 is fun, and I play it sometimes, at my friends place. As far as best goes though, Wipeout 64.FIGHTING : Hard to choose between Mortal Combat and Smash Brothers, Smash Brothers wins though. Go link!SIMULATOR : They all suck.ADVENTURE : Indian Jones and the Fate of Atlantis just beat Leisure Suit Larry. (First one)
  4. Nohing will ever come close to Chrono Trigger as far as SNES goes. Nothing. Ever. It had ownage game play and more importantly, Magus. You can't touch Magus.
  5. No, don't buy it. It has monthly fees for one, and from what I hear the PvP elements are lackluster, and lacking. Sure go ahead and buy it if you want level 60s beating on your level 15 character two days after you get it, and if you like walking for 6 hours to get somewhere. And if you like only being able to play with certain races because the two teams are UNABLE TO MINGLE ON A NON-PvP BASIS!Get Guild Wars instead, it owns all. No monthly fees and great PvP, good missions and no repetitive grinding like in Diablo and WoW.
  6. I'm not an expert, what with me not owning any handhelds, but I've heard the PsP has a battery life of about 3 hours. BAD BAD BAD! Just so you know.
  7. I've lost all faith in the GTA. GTA III was fun and funky, good graphics for its time and cool missions. Let down, I want to be able to speak thanks! Vice City was ok, small map and terrible missions though made it nearly homework to play through the missions after about the 50% mark of the game. Motorbikes just don't replace good objectives for me. San Andreas I haven't playedl but it looks like another VC, lots more gloss and a massive map but the missions are all the same. "Oh no! A drive by, let's run away and gather our massive army of two people so we can bust these mofos!" Followed by some swearing and ethnic stereotypes. No thanks.
  8. I voted Ghost Recon because of its cool multiplayer, and I hate CS with a vengeance!Although really I prefer Call of Duty as far as squad based goes. It has reasonable graphics and sounds mixed with great single player instanced visuals, not to mention it has the Russians in it. Most game won't accept the Russia actually had anything to do with saving everybody in WWI & WWII.
  9. I've got both Jedi Knight : Outcast (II) and Academy (III) and both are good. Outcast is better since it gives you access to three weapon sets; single sabre, double-sided sabre and double sabre.Single is good for "tatical" fighting, choosing whether you should go in fast or to take massive swings that are slowly and have big damage.Double-sided is excellent for attack, major damage and reasonable attack speed.Duel is my favourite, incredible defense and pretty good damage with fast attack speed. Not to mention it has the best (in my opinion) special moves.Although that's just a small sample of what Academy offers it gives you a good idea of what the game is based around; lightsabre combat. This is a good thing, who likes Star Wars for anything other than sabres and ewoks? The only problem is that when you're playing online using lightsabres (all the time) you have serious lag issues. If you lag with a rocket launcher who cares, just spam shots but with a small sword you have an already limited range and so any lag can dessimate your chances at times.Still a great game.P.S : Lightsabre fighting is also quite random, who gets the first head-cut type stuff; even more so than most shooters.
  10. I was pling SoF II around 45 minutes ago, but I got sick of Jordan Market Square CTF games (shock horror) and started spectating. Then people tried to ban me because I was telling everybody if somebody was camping, which was a lot of the server. I got 6/7 and 7/8 votes to ban me at least 3 times! Never do I faulter though, I can't be banned due to my style. In other words SoF II has roxxors soxxors game play. PS : m4 or AK, that is the question!
  11. I'd ignore them all and get Guild Wars. (Two days baby!)I've got Ghost Recon I and it's fun, especially on multiplayer, but in single player it gets boring. After the 30th time I've loaded to try and see where some guy's muzzle flash is coming from things get boring.
  12. I bought it ages ago and have never gotten past the first three or four missions for the shirtless guy, Casius Cossades or whatever he's called.I found it borign and lifeless, I'm either running for six hours trying to get to something in the middle of nowhere. (Later I made boots of jump 100 and launched my way to places, using an amulet of levitate 12-13-1 second to land safely) Or I'm killing Daedra that are far to easy, then I walk some more, then I kill a Winged Twilight with uber-ease.I leant it to my friend who did all the missions and finally killed the guy in the middle of Ash Mountain, but I'll never do it. I usually feel the urge to play, then get bored after two or so days.
  13. Well I'm going to have to say that I'm a bonafied Baldur's Gate fan, through and through. I remember when I first played it, I'd been Diabloing for a little over a year on and off and I'd never really played anything remotely complex. Ever. Then a family "friend" game me the first two CDs as a test and I remember playing it and being owned by Gibberlings(weakest enemy in game), I didn't have the faintest clue how to play. Then a few months later I picked it up again and worked it out, best RPG ever! Great storyline, good gameplay; even if the combat was a little lacking and very nice character development. It was also compounded by making Baldur's Gate II, not only can you continue the story but you can advance the power of your character further. Then there was Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal expansion (I'm up to last boss again) which further advances the characters and gives you ridiculously cool weapons and armour. It's the perfect series.
