well i understand HTML, and some ascii.

I check my mail, then i come here, cuz me and my friend are trying to start our own web sites and the first one who does (and has a better site) wins.

You can always go to the microsoft home page asn find out if there is a patch you can download. or maybe a newer version that doesn't have that kind of problem. and if that doesn't work try contacting them and see if you can get an answer.
