  1. I'm getting bored of all of these mission based games out there (GTA). Sure it's fun at first to drive around and do anything, but after awhile it gets kind of boring a repetive. After you stole every car you can find, and shot millions of civilians that look exactly the same, it gets kind of boring. Some of the missions are just plain frustrating instead of fun. I like a game like Zelda more, because it is not mission-based, and you can still do pretty much anything you want in the gigantic overworld like wind wakers.
  2. Soul Calibur II for the Cube. There are sooo many features, that it can be entertaining for hours and hours. Also Super Smash Bros. Melee. Although some people don't consider it a fighting game, it has a nice multiplayer mode.
  3. Animal Crossing is a pretty decent game, I think. I devoted many hours to this addicting sim, although I have now gotten tired of it. I will take a while for you to get a gigantic house, and a completly full town, but once that happens theres not much else. If you want a cheap game(only 20 bucks now, and with a free memory card) then I would recomend it.Animal Crossing DS is going to be a completely different story. I can't imagine how addicting this will be now that it's going online.
  4. I'm not much of a PC gamer, but I might look into this. It looks pretty good, after reading some of the reviews.
  5. I hated balders gate on the PS2. It was incredibly short, and you can beat it in only 1 day, especially in co-op mode, which is where the game is best played at.
  6. I would never like a game just because of graphics. But I think that Wind Waker is a good game regardless. I have actually not beaten it yet (the DS got my attention, while in the wind dungeon), but I will probably beat most of my games this summer, and wind waker is definatly on the list. The one thing I did not like about wind waker is the open-sea environment. I think a horse makes a much better pet than a talking boat. And I suppose Nintendo just wanted a different style environment to innovate the game.
  7. This game is one of my most anticipated game for the DS. It is supposed to be incredibly addicting, and strategic at the same time. I hope it comes out in April like it's supposed to. The lucky Japanese are already playing this game, and I'm growing impacient for it. What do you people think?
  8. I bought the game yesterday. I must say that it is not what I had expected (I thought it would be more Yoshi Island-style) but it is still good, and incredibly addicting. Right now trying to beat marathon mode, so I can unlock the secret mode. I've been playing it all night, and I came only 200 points off. If anyone has played this game please share your experiences with it.
  9. I can't wait to get this game. I must have been waiting for 4 years. The demo at EBgames was way too short, but it really showed off how addicting the game is. Hopefully I'll own it by next week. If not I might not get it until the summer.
  10. I might get the DS version of the game. It's supposed to come out next month.
  11. I hated the series. It's kind of wierd how it started off as Resident Evil 4 and now when RE4 is out, theres already 3 installments. When RE5 comes out, people might be playing Devil May Cry 9. I havn't played the third one, but from what I've seen it doesn't look much better than the others.
  12. I heard theres going to be a special super-premium package for the people who pre-order the game. I'll probably put down a deposit after E3.
