My favourites are cuteFTP (http://download.cnet.com/s/cuteftp/+) and download explorer (http://download.cnet.com/s/ftp-explorer/+). You can get them both on a trial basis at download.com (see links above). I've tried a lot of different ftp clients, and these are the easiest to use.
