Personally, I prefer Zend Studio bundled with Dreamweaver. I write scripts/snippets using Zend Studio and I either Hand-Code or use Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG editor for the Design. If you're really serious about PHP and if you use OOP, Zend Studio is the way to go! It's not free though. lol If you're really serious about PHP

Bigyan, I learned PHP/MySQL programming only through tutorials... No Books, no tutors, etc... PHP, for me, is the only language that is easy to learn. Try to read all the tutorials at PHP FREAKS. You'll learn a lot just by doing so. That's how I started. I am sure you can learn the language if you really are willing to learn.
